I had come here for 4+ years and always had a perfect cut. Only once did I have my highlights come out too light, and it was when my stylist was trying to balance myself and another customer at once. It wasn’t that it looked badly, but it was certainly very light compared to what I had been doing and had wanted. When I pointed it out I was immediately offered to have the color redone until I was satisfied. I decided to give it time and see if I adjusted to it (I did). They always stand by their color and will correct it if you are not satisfied. It is certainly expensive for the Lewiston-​Auburn area, but it also depends on the experience of your stylist. I usually had Jacinta and she was fantastic and knowledgeable about cut and color. The waiting area is through the main styling section, but they have a massage chair and usually crackers and Hershey’s chocolates for customers. They offer you coffee, tea, or water – which it may be instant vs k-​cup coffee. The place is always clean. I do agree with another review that mentions the product promotion. Every single visit I was educated on the products used, and at the end (even if I would say I didn’t need product) each product was lined up on the desk and I was asked what I’d like to purchase. I bought something once and let them know I didn’t need a shine spray, and they actually looked it up and told me it was a year ago when I last purchased a product, and pointed out that it wasn’t the product I was declining. I’m comfortable turning down the products, but I do concur that it can feel pushy and make more timid people uncomfortable and perhaps even aversive to returning. In terms of end product, I really had never been disappointed and would probably be going there to this day had we not moved.

Katy will always be my favorite stylist. I traveled all the way from DC to get my hair done by her. As always she doesn’t disappoint.

Lana is amazing for precision cuts! Prices are a little on the higher end — more comparable to Portland but you get what you pay for. Little pushy on the product promotion but again worth the visit to Lana every time.

Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. Separate areas of the salon accommodate color, cut, wash, etc, which I found to be unique. Comfortable waiting area. When I went, they appeared to be running behind, i didn’t mind the wait. This is not a rushed experience, take the time to enjoy it.

The moment you walk through the door you know that your hair is in good hands! Elegant and relaxing atmosphere… the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Also the hair products are high quality and actually work – totally worth it! I would highly recommend checking this salon out.
