I’m writing about the gym. I’m giving this place 2 stars. It’s very clean which is a big plus. The equipment is functional but overall it’s a bit dated and it could use some new equipment. Some of the group classes are old school as well as some of the instructors. Overall, the staff is not overly friendly. Half of the time the staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you come in or leave. If you need help, you really have to ask. Matt has always been one to stand out and is friendly, helpful and approachable. There are very few gyms in this area so I got use to this place. I like working out on my own and no one bothers me. The members seem pleasant.

This is a difficult review for me to write as I have enjoyed my Dr. personally but there is a distinct problem within this practice and it runs through the attitudes of most of it’s staff. On many of my visits one central theme that continued to reoccur in the waiting area is «Why does it feel like I’m being sold something rather than treated for an ailment. In the best interest of my family and my own personal needs we have chosen to find another practice.
