The work was a four star review (some issues but hired a handy man to fix) but the major issue is the mess left behind. Grout all over the counters, stairwells, door handles, hand prints on walls, down the railing, siding of the house, large puddles in rooms that were not tiled, in the bathtub, etc. Trash was left in my house (drinks, papers) and the grout was never cleaned off the floor itself. Their recommended handy man even commented on their mess on the tiles.
