Advanced Vapor Lewis Center

I was wrong about Advanced Vapor in Lewis Center. The owner reached out to me again by phone and talked with me regarding the issues I had brought up in my previous posts. She was very kind, helpful and willing to hear my frustrations. She is going to replace the tank that I was having issues with and going to through in a bottle of my favorite e-​juice at no charge. I was really impressed with how she dealt with the situation. I realized that I cannot judge an entire business based off of dealing with one teenage employee. My one recommendation is that the employees know if they have a customer that is unhappy, they need to talk to the manager or owner right then and there and take care of the issue. That would have changed my entire experience.
All in all, it’s a cool shop and they have the best e-​liquids that are rare and hard to find. I will definitely be going back to Advanced Vapor, all because the owner did a great job reaching out to me and taking care of my situation.

The best vape shop around. Love their juice selection because they have a good selection for drippers and tanks. Must must must check out this shop!!! Also has a solid selection of mods as well. Customer service is the best I have experienced in any vape shop.
