Clothes are quality and nice, but their customer service and professionalism is the exact opposite. Talk about judgmental. They could care less if they sell you a single item and have some definite competition with other stores on 2nd Street(Aquamarine, etc). Quick to judge, not quick to sell. Sorry Deanna’s/Piccolino, I’d rather leave the area and go to Christiana or out of state or even across the street. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Good luck.

They had original, unique clothes. I couldn’t get over the terrible customer service. I was about to buy an overpriced sweater, but the young girl at the counter was so off putting and rude I left. She talked on her phone, and didn’t even raise her head to check on customers. I came back later, and she was still there, but now another lady was with her.(Sounded like her mom) They were both so busy talking to each other, they never checked on me.(or anyone else). Another lady came out of the dressing room needing another size, and they didn’t even offer to help. Lastly, the young chick about knocked me over in a narrow space between racks. No excuse me or anything. Funny thing is, the guy at the beer shop said everyone here is overly nice. Not here!

Each season I am tempted by something new and unique at Deanna’s. Last week I found a sleek fitted top and a fabulous sweater coat. Wore it to a convention this week and got nothing but compliments. Locals and visitors alike find stylish outfits or individual pieces at Deanna’s. Stop in and tell her Kathy sent you!
