Soo… I haven’t had my heater serviced in quite some time, new home owner here: P It’s a Saturday night and I smell smoke, run to the basement to discover my heater smoking. I called RTF as they are a ²⁴⁄₇ locally based company I found right here on Unilocal.I spoke with a woman who was extremely helpful. She advised me to turn of the heater unit, which I did upon the smell of smoke. I scheduled an appointment with them to come out early Sunday morning. They called me in the morning again to confirm and were here promptly. The owner was the one to come out to look at the unit. Considering that he came out on the weekend, I was fortunate as the weather has really turned to begin the winter season. After agreeing to the cost of repair, he went right to work and was able to get everything done pretty efficiently. I was surprised that he wiped the whole thing down. It looked brand new after he was finished. Very pleased with the weekend rate, professionalism and quality of work RTF provided. I will be using them to service my heater moving forward and recommend others in need of service to use them as well.
