third what hurts the most is each desk member has different information. And lie to you

This gym is probably the best gym around if you are looking for personal hands on training. The trainers and staff are amazing, classes are fun. Great hours and the atmosphere offers instant motivation.

I am so glad I was referred to this gym. Everything is new, clean, & well laid-​out. The staff is so friendly & there is a range of members so anyone at any fitness level will feel comfortable. This is not one of those warehouse gyms; there’s a family feeling, which makes sense as it is a family-​owned place. In the 3 weeks since I joined, I’ve worked with a trainer for a week to get in the swing of things, I’ve worked out on my own, & I’ve taken a class… all of which I’ve really enjoyed. Feeling great, have more energy to play with my kids. Getting healthy at an awesome place — I can’t say enough great things about this gym!
