Massage Envy Spa – Langhorne

I want to let anyone and everyone know about my experiences that I have had with the entire crew at the Massage Envy in Langhorne. I have to start off by saying that I have been a member of massage envy for about a year now and was considering canceling my membership until I met the people at the Langhorne location. I have tried a few other massage envy locations and was not happy for one reason or another but everything about the Langhorne Massage Envy is FANTASTIC!!!
Everyone who I have met from the owner to the therapists and even the receptionists truly understand the meaning of customer service. I have never felt so welcomed and happy to be there every time I walk through the door. Not only are the people polite but there is such a positive vibe from ever person who I have come in contact with who works there. The entire staff is very informative and takes the time to go over the different type of therapies and products that they offer. When I went in for a massage my last time I had questions about the aromatherapy and was not sure what exactly was involved and I had all of my questions answered and was also allowed to sample the different scents that are offered. After the massage I was given a bottle of lotion with the aromatherapy oil that I had chosen for my massage to take home with me which was a very pleasant surprise! I could not believe how professional and positive everyone there is. It’s like the staff is happy to be there which is something that I don’t notice that much in any establishment anymore.
The atmosphere in general is extremely clean and welcoming. The tranquility room is the largest out of any of the other locations that I have been to and offers fresh water and tea which is something that I also have not seen in any other location. It is so comfortable in there that I like to spend a few minutes before and after my massage because it is a very relaxing space to be in.
I have had the pleasure of experiencing two of the massage therapists at this location. Both took the time to ask many questions about what I want and what I like. When I gave my answers and mentioned some of the issues that I was having, I felt that they really listened to me when I spoke. Other locations that I have been to didn’t really pay attention to what my issues were and I left in worse shape than when I came in. I have never experienced that with the Langhorne location. I was asked during the massage about the amount of pressure they were giving so the massage therapist made sure that they were not hurting me which is so important.
Every massage I have had has been better than the last and I will continue to use this location for as long as I keep getting massages. Even if I moved to another county or another town I would still go out of my way to come to the Langhorne Massage Envy. Thank you for all that you do!!! Massage Envy Langhorne is the best!!!

This Massage Envy location in Langhorne/​Levittown just opened a few months ago. I had been receiving massages regularly at massage places here in the area. Apparently this Langhorne location for massage envy is one of their newest design models. I was really curious to see if the experience was as good as I had heard. It is. I gave them five stars as the staff, spa facility, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The facility was immaculate, modern, and extremely comfortable. Not cramped like the other massage places I had been going to. The staff seem to truly appreciate my well-​being and not take my patronage for granted. I have had two massages there. One with a female and the other with a male (he was actually a massage therapy instructor). Both were excellent and varied the pressure just as I had asked. I stand on my feet a lot and really wanted a deep tissue massage in my legs. I felt great after both treatments. They did not rush me out the door after. I really appreciated that as the Hand and Stone I visited seemed to consider this the priority (I did not go back there). The staff seem to enjoy working in Langhorne ME and it resonates in their positive attitude. This location, more than any of the other places I have gone to recently, seems to really care about me and is just so soothing, clean and tranquil inside that I will not be going anywhere else.
