Makin Vapor

I’m fairly new to vaping (3 weeks) — came into this store as I found it on google… Literally no one was in the store besides the three stooges that worked there. They totally did not even want to be bothered– totally useless and not helpful. I wouldn’t have even spent money there had the 2 shops I was previously at not been sold out of what I was looking for. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but I have to to write a review on how shitty this shop is. I’ll never return nor recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Good prices. great customer service even when counter is full of loyal customers. always informed of holiday or random sales. check them out.

Cool place with a knowledgeable staff. Treat their customers well. Great selection of authentic mods. This place can get a little crowded on weekends, so stop by during the week to get more attention.
Be sure to stay away from their location in Whitehall though, complete opposite (would give them a ¹⁄₅ if they were on Unilocal). Not sure if it is under the same ownership, but their employees are completely clueless and lazy.

I went to the location in Whitehall, PA. Great little shop, fair variety of products. Staff has always been so friendly, especially with allowing me to sample several juices. Smart move, because each time I visited I ended up buying flavors I hadn’t planned on, but found that I liked them. Juice bar for the win. Thanks guys.

People are nice, juice is average. I bought 2 batteries there and on both the inside threads stripped so I couldn’t use the cheaper tanks on so I bought a better tank and my batteries won’t heat it up enough so one employee said my battery was probably going bad, but they are only 4 and 6 months old and barely used. So I bought cheap tanks at a gas station and they work pretty good.

Best Vape shop in Bucks County! Awesome knowledgeable staff, awesome selection of flavors! The only place I’ll shop from now on!

I really, really like this place.
I stopped in here after a Google search brought them up so I headed straight up i95 to check them out. They are located in the corner a large-​ish but not-​extraordinary strip mall and walking in, honestly, I didn’t expect much.
They did have some items I had never seen before, and looking for a new battery, this was good. I was there for about an hour before settling on a device and left pretty satisfied with some juice and a new battery. Unfortunately, my item began malfunctioning on my drive home and by the time I got back to Center City, it was completely done.
I first left a note on their Facebook timeline and then called the next day. I spoke to a girl who was there the day before (apparently there are only two full-​time employees there which is GREAT because she remembered me). She was super helpful and told me to bring the defective item back for a free swap.
Since I’ve made it a habit to travel relatively far distances to visit «local» vape shops, Levittown wasn’t too far of a stretch for me from Center City but it’s also not close enough to be considered «convenient.» Regardless, I headed back to Levittown the very next day, and the same two very friendly/​helpful/​knowledgeable sales associates were working again. They had already pulled the defective item from the showcase completely and were sincerely apologetic. They upgraded me for free to a better clone item and I couldn’t have been happier.
Friendliness and great customer service are always important to me, but with vape shops even more so because many times associates can have a chip on their shoulder or an overall condescending demeanor. Not so with these people.
They also have a great selection of well-​priced juices and a nicotine pump so you can really actually customize the amount of nicotine you want in your juice, if any. The only reason I deducted a star is because their prices on everything outside of juice — batteries, mods, drip tips, and tanks — are significantly more expensive than other stores although I guess the owner does this because they are really the only vape shop in their area. I’m certain that because they are new, eventually they will feel out their competition more thoroughly and adjust their prices accordingly.
Overall, excellent customer service and a fair selection.
