Fred’s Delicatessen

I have been going here for a long time and I can truly say they make the best BLT sandwich. Great breakfast sandwiches also. Place is always packed though so hopefully you don’t need to wait to long.

Their prices for Boars Head cold cuts seem very reasonable. They have a nice selection of breads, cakes, and drinks. The staff are very nice and professional. It’s always a pleasure going here. So lucky to have such a great local deli ! Thanks

This is a really good deli and everything is so fresh. Sandwiches, soups, coffee… Great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch bite.

I remember riding my bike here as a kid to grab an egg sandwich and chocolate milk. This place has outlived a lot of delis in the area and I know why. Good service and great food. Great bacon too!

There really isn’t much to say… and I mean that in a good way. By far the best deli around. Most other Deli’s have closed. I am never dissapointed.

Ahhh, nothing like finding an old school deli nestled away in Levittown, but right near a bunch of errands I was running… The good ol’ Unilocal app once again comes in for the save!
We ordered two sandwiches, both about $ 7 apiece and packed to the gills! They run a friendly but extremely organized operation behind the counter, and all the salads, cold cuts, and other goodies look great!

This place is a REAL Long Island deli
Everything you can expect from a quality eatery. Everything is freshly made, and they do catering. I’ve been going to this deli for 25 years, I’m 32 and as you can see by my Unilocal reviews I eat all over the island with friends and family and w my work crew. This place gets five stars because of overall quality delivered on a daily basis.
The only negative thing I can think about is a small hero menu, an not many premade paninis, but they will make whatever your imagination and taste buds can dream up!
PS they’re kinda famous for their potato salad and have the best tunafish around!

I’ve lived in Levittown for about 5 years now and I first discovered this place through a friend. It’s off the main road of Hempstead and I have to say it’s truly a trip you have to make. I’m always looking for a place that can serve a nice breakfast on a roll. Just what you need to start off a morning. When I had first went they were a little pricey. However, making a trip back to this place I believe the prices have lowered.
The service was good, you can definitely tell this is a local place. It seemed everyone knew the early morning crowd.
The guys behind the counter were attentive and quick with service.
I had went for breakfast one early morning and I had arrived home with the most scrumptious egg sandwich. I had devoured it within minutes and was fully satisfied. The poppy roll was fresh, the eggs were nicely scrambled and it had just the right amount of bacon. I have to say that after having this it has definitely made me change my usually go to place for breakfast.
So I highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a morning breakfast delight.
