Pizza Hut

This place is so amazing now! No matter where you go you are going to have a bad waitress never seen any with tattoos and black eyes anywhere but here but hey! I know it’s Alex he is the most amazing waiter ever! But the place is a lot better than it was when it first opened and the managers now are amazing! Since that one guy manager is gone from there it’s amazing! And he still works for that company apparently just not there and thank goodness for that! Keep it like it is with the people who are there now! The cooks and all

I never want to eat here because the service is so bad, but my wife wanted pizza so I had to go. We walk in, and wait to be seated. We’re standing there waiting, and 2 waitresses walk by us, without even acknowledging us. We wait, till finally a manager tells us «I’ll be right with you» before disappearing to the back. We wait, she comes back and repeats that she will be right with us, the whole time another waitress is standing a few feet away. Needless to say we left LOL

On the day of my visit, I took my girlfriend. Unfortunately, I was very unpleased with my experience. Before I had ordered I asked our waitress if Pizza Hut was offering $ 6.99 each medium pizza as it’s advertised on television. She confirmed that it was, so I ordered. To my understanding, I was saving money, so I purchased more. Breadsticks, salads, and etc. We waited about 45 minutes before any food was brought. Afterwards we saw less and less of our waiters and waitresses. They kept assigning us new ones so I wasn’t sure which one to get a hold of. I had to get up and get my own refill. When waiters and waitress did come up to us they were friendly, however, they overwhelmed us with questions. Then they began sweeping and mopping around us. Which was very rude. I felt as if they were trying to rush us out of the restaurant. I finally got our ticket and the price was ridiculously high. I believe it was $ 36.77. I asked about the special and they said that there wasn’t one. I’m also a college student. If I had known this I probably wouldn’t have purchased so much. So therefore, my experience was not satisfactory.

This place is swarming with employees-​all of which seemed to have started yesterday. It took 10min to ring up my order because the girl didn’t know how to put in my order on the computer or how to swipe my card. I waited 30 min for a to go salad and a water. Then got the salad without the water. Urg. As fast foods go, this one is definitely not fast. Save your time or budget for 1 hr delivery. At least you won’t be sitting there doing nothing.

Ordered 10 pizzas of a variety of toppings to be ready at 11:15 on a Saturday morning. Pizzas were steaming hot and ready on time. Will definitely order again for school functions!

I just want to say… The girl that took my order over the phone the other day was rude as can be. I won’t be back to this place, shows that first impressions are the only ones that count. I moved away for awhile and came back, I was ready for some west Texas friendliness, but after talking to this person over the phone I was disappointed! Pizza hut manager: please talk to your workers about being friendlier!
