I found these cookies in Healthfair in Little Silver, NJ. This is the first low oxalate cookie I have ever seen in the store along with being gluten free. I could not believe how delicious they tasted. They were a little expensive but well worth the price. They come in lemon, orange and almond flavors. I purchased the almond and will be back to try the other flavors.
I am on a strict gluten free diet and also a low oxalate diet which reduces and eventually eliminates fibromyalgia. There has been no commercial cookie available that I know of that is low oxalate. This is the first one I’ve seen.
They taste just like regular cookies. You would never know they are gluten free.
