I cannot recommend this restaurant as the food, except maybe the pizza, is simply not good. The first inkling of this was the lack of a wait on a Friday night at 6:30 when the Outback next door had over an hour wait. The service was friendly and competent, the atmosphere was nice for a chain, but the food was bad and a touch pricey. I had the rattlesnake pasta, and while it was clearly fresh and cooked properly, was virtually flavorless. While a bit spicy as advertised, an Alfredo sauce is supposed to be rich and cheesy. This one tasted like a watery bechamel, almost unseasoned save for the proper amount of heat. And grated cheese, which may have made it passable, was neither on the table nor offered by the manager that delivered the food. Instead, I had to rely on prodigious amounts of salt, unusual for a chain as I usually find this sort of food overly salty. The boy had an herb grilled or roasted chicken. He said it was good, but it appeared burnt and he didn’t like the sides. The wife had an app sampler, which was inedible, save for the tortilla chips. The guacamole tasted«off» as in possibly spoiled, the quesadilla tasted as if grilled in rancid oil or a very dirty grill, and the onion rings and fried zucchini had a bad aftertaste. The manager came over unprompted and could see her dissatisfaction, and to her credit immediately offered a replacement. However, she was distressed and wanted nothing else from that kitchen, despite her hunger. She wanted nothing more than to get home and get the taste out of her mouth. The manager handled it very professionally and removed it from the bill unprompted. My advice if you go here is to stick to the deep dish pizza they are known for. The staff did their best to handle a disappointing experience, so kudos to them, but the food was just too poor for me to recommend this restaurant.

I just had lunch here. I got the cheddar broccoli soup and half sandwich. The sandwich was great but the soup which i had to get myself looked unappealing and was cold. I asked to have it reheated which they did and still did not come out hot. The service was not great either. Was not asked if i wanted dessert. I felt like i was being rushed out. It wasnt even busy. I hadnt eaten any of my soup before my check was brought to me. Im very unimpressed. I WOULDNOT recommend this leominster ma location to anyone. I will not be back.

For a chain they do try. They offer a gluten-free menu and a diabetic menu which is a plus if you have friends or family in either category. I am fond of the«Two For U» Lunch. I order the salad with the honey-crisp chicken and the Spicy Buffalo-Cheddar Sliders,

Usually love Unos but this experience unfortunately has soured us on this location. When we were told 5 minutes for a wait, that was fine. Twenty minutes till a table… sucks but whatever it happens! Our waitress was friendly but just never around. Took forever to come greet us, never came back to ask about refills, and we had to flag the host down to take our payment as again she didn’t come back! Kept seeing her at the register and walking right by us. Food was good though the salads came out after we had our food already. Salads also were kinda old and no croutons on the Caesar which I thought was weird. Pricey for what the food was; around $ 15 a plate for pretty basic chicken pasta meals. Overall was just not happy.

I received a coupon in the mail to try this restaurant, so I said what the hell, sure why not. Nothing more aggrevating than when you see at least 10 clean /clear tables but there is a line at the door with a 20 minute wait. I have never been able to understand why this is so. We weren’t particularly fond of the server, she didn’t seem like she was having a good night. Look a little frazzled, and even took it out on us. Ordered the baked onion soup which to us was more like a brown onion gravy, very thick and gooey nothing like the baked onion soup we were used to getting in other places. The appetizer was expensive basically it was just a grilled cheese sandwich cut into strips. We had to flag down other people to assist us because the bacon burger that was delivered to our table had practically raw bacon on the top of it. When we finally got our server over she didn’t look particularly happy and took a long time to return with a side of mayo. There were 3 of us in the party. No cocktails. 1 dessert $ 63. I thought that was a lot. I’ll probably not go back.

I visited this restaurant while visiting the area from Maine. This was my second visit to this restaurant in a year. On both occasions I found the service to be less than good and the food quality to be very poor. My burger was dry and over cooked and the roll stale. Not to mention the cheddar cheese was not fresh but a rubbery processed cheese like velveeta. The salad was a prepared mix from a bag had 1 cucumber slice. 1 small wedge of tomato and 1 ring of onion. The dressing was too mayonaissey. This had to be the worst meal out I have ever had. After my first visit earlier in the year which I had to send my meal back three times because it was severely undercooked. After the third attempt at getting it right the manager gave us half off our check. I would not have returned I only did because I was invited there by a family member. This restaurant I find to be a very poor choice all around.

I went with bunch of friends. We wanted to socialize, eat, and watch the baseball game. We did it all and have so much fun. Food and drinks delicious, yet the best part was our waitress. Briana is her name, she is just phenomenal. What a smart young girl! The restaurant was getting less busy then she was able to spend time with us. I definitely will go back mainly due to the friendly environment!

Wow! What a bad experience. We have eaten here before with mixed results but never expected what happened today. For lunch we were seated by a friendly hostess and sat, and sat and sat. We watched others be seated order and served but no even a hello. The server seamed to deliberately ignore always facing away. This is on the table across from us. Strange behavior. When we could not get her attention we looked for another server taking care of the table behind us and to no avail. Finally after twenty minutes we went to the front desk. There we were met with a person who seemed not to really care. When we told her we had been waiting forever she said sorry in that«I don’t care way we all have heard so many times»,(just go away this happens all the time what do you expect me to do type of look). In response that immediately got«Where’s your manager?» She quickly fled and we waited another 8 minutes she sheepishly returns saying«she said she will be along». Another two minutes of waiting I asked for her name explaining«I know what to do». I got the name Katrina Urgent and promptly left to take my patronage somewhere else. This seems to be a pattern here. Sometimes great food and service sometimes absolutely horrible. I just can’t bring myself to go any more. There are too many other nearby restaurants that have consistent food and service. Now I will contact the company. Not happy and am going to tell everyone in every forum can find. I have lots of time to do it as I am semi-retired.

I love this place! It’s near my house, and they have an awesome menu. Very diverse choices, and $ 5 bargain drinks. When in doubt, I always go to Uno’s!

Flat pizza and burgers are what I tried and were all done reasonably well, better than most chains. Service was above average.

I use to go there alot a couple years ago. But recently the food has changed. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller and the price higher and higher. The last time I went me and my girlfriend ordered a large deep dish to split between us. We figured it would be enough since the pizza itself cost get this… $ 19.00… thats 2 large pizzas at any other place. So when the pizza arrived and was maybe 12inch round. I thought the waitress had messed up the ordered and put in a order for a small individual pizza for us. When no other pizza i realized that I am paying 20 $ for a single pizza where if you went to any other pizza place would be considered a small. And the pizza wasn’t even that great. The place is going down hill and wouldn’t be surprised to see it out of business within 2 – 3 years. I dont recommend.

I’m not a big fan of chains but this place is one of the exceptions. They have great food… they have Trivia at the bar… they have a decent kids menu… and the service is consistently great… That’s it…

This feels weird writing a review for a chain restaurant, but seeing how this is one of the locations me and my friends hang out often, I feel like I should! My two choices of meals are either the garden burger with cheese(with guacamole!) or steak that includes a bread stick. Yes, I’m strange. I admit, what usually draws me to the steak is the bread stick, which really is a little tough, but just salty enough to get me to crave it. So really, the garden burger is my best bet. Their fries are crispy and delicious as well. It’s also cheaper than the steak, obviously, haha. $ 8.99 Oh! And can’t forget their deep dish sundae! Baked inside a pan is a giant chocolate chip cookie with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and vanilla ice cream on top. The chocolate chips are all melted too. I’ve tried their mini sweets, and it just really doesn’t do the deserts justice. Fork over a little more, share it with a pal or two, and enjoy. I think what makes this place a hang out place(I’ve even seen my cousins and their friends randomly hanging out there too) is their free trivia games. They have game consoles they can let you use for free anywhere in the restaurant or the bar, just make sure you can ask them to change the TV to the trivia game(there’s always at least one showing in the bar) and you get to play trivia against anyone with a console throughout the whole restaurant. At the end, they give the scores throughout all the different uno’s across the nation, if you’re really that good and care to know. It takes a little while to figure out how to sign in and get the hang of each type of trivia game(often with 5 or 10 rounds). It’s really fun, and the waitstaff has yet to give us evil looks as we play an extra game after the food’s done. Good food, Good desert, Good atmosphere, Decent Prices($ 8-$ 15), and Games. What more can you ask for?

This Uno’s is one of the better that i’ve been to, and for the Leominster area, one of the better chain restaurants to go to. The food consistently comes out good, the service is good, and the bartenders are friendly. The menu has gotten better over the years, that’s for sure. This place is a can’t miss for lunch, as it has some of the best lunch deals around. Get the pizza of the day, which comes with all you can eat soup, and you might just bring the pizza home for dinner! Add in that this is one of the only locations with the Buzztime trivia at the bar, a bar menu that’s cheap and varied, and free peanuts, and you can’t miss!

I can only comment on our experience with the curbside takeout. They have a great special: the Deep Dish Double Deal(2 pizzas for $ 20). We ordered online for curbside takeout, which was an easy and painless process. My husband doesn’t like mushrooms, so for the Numero Uno pizza we indicated«no mushrooms»(in all caps, mind you) in the special instructions box. Apparently they don’t read the special instructions, because lo and behold we get home and the pizza is smothered in mushrooms. The sticker on the box even said«no mushrooms». Obviously someone screwed up and didn’t bother to read it. Fortunately I like them, but my husband was unable to eat any of that pizza. Soured the whole meal. Their pizza is really good though, so they get an extra star. The ingredients are very fresh-tasting and the crust is almost pastry-like: crispy, a little flaky, and soft in the middle. Next time, we’ll either call in for takeout or eat there. I really hope this was a one-off mistake, which of course just happened to be our first visit to this location. We’ll give them another chance at some point.
