After bothering me through text message to take the bad review down. I had to block his number. Elmir S. then sent me a Unilocal message again threatening to publicly reply to my review. He tried to bribe me with offering to look at my paperwork. Um… no thank you, I told him for a person to think to the extreme that I would disrespect his property because I had sent a text was not a landlord I would want to have. However, great news! Shortly after dealing with that, I had the pleasure of working with a company called KMS Solutions! They were great! They didn’t ask for text messages and responded to my calls promptly. What Elmir S. didn’t read properly was that they showed me the apartment «before» doing paperwork. So, yes they did check my qualifications. They did the whole nine yards; background check, credit check, proof of employment. KMS Solutions is legitimate, reliable, and not a scam.
