McDonalds

I get it, its a fast food restaurant, but hey guess what, you have your OWN standards to live up to as far as other McDonalds and this one DOES NOT. Consider this a 25X review as I’ve been here more than once! So here’s my review after giving them 25+ chances…
Terrible wait times through the drive-​thru, going inside is actually faster. half the time you get old food, probably either made wrong for someone else, not wanted from other orders or making too many and letting them sit, I once ordered a double cheese burger and just a mcchicken with 1 car ahead of me in line and waited 15 minutes for it… 15 minutes for 2 of the most ordered items on a mcdonalds menu with no cars in front of me. The food isn’t prepared the same way as other mcdonalds in the area either, a sausage burrito is almost half the size of some of the others in the area, seriously?
Avoid this one, go to next one that’s only 4 miles away.

I would truly give this location no stars if it weren’t for Angel last night. He was sweet and very hard working. As for the lack of stars here goes. We travel over the road for business and chose to park where we did because of the close proximity of said McDonald’s. They are open 24 hours according to their signage on the doors. At 4am my husband went to get himself breakfast before we headed out. There was a note on door saying lobby was closed. He then waited patiently and went to drive thru window and pecked on the window. When he stated he would like to place an order he was told they couldn’t take it unless he was in the drive thru ordering thru the box. Ok I understand but our vehicle won’t fit and I would have gladly made it but didn’t want to pay for the damages that would have surely been accrued. The manager told my husband they were «short staffed» and couldn’t open the lobby. Really? The C store next door where we ended up said that the McDonald’s is closed more than open. Save your self the hassle. Go somewhere else. Our order last night took 20 minutes to be received and there were only 4 people eating in the place and 1 Angel working the cash registers, 2 in drive thru playing 2 or 3 cooks the girl leaning on the counter by the food and the manager on duty. Tables were dirty and not some all but 2. Obviously they don’t care and are only putting in time.

Late night visit through the drive through and disappointing. Once she took my order after having me wait a couple of minutes, I had to repeat myself twice. The gal taking my order told me the first window but actually meant the second one. And while my order was accurate, she did try to give me a second bottle of water by mistake.
Not a terrific experience.

Typical McDonalds. Stopped here after going to Walmart for supplies for our stay at Great Wolf. Counter person was nice. Wife saw «Lobster Rolls are back!» on their sign and wanted to try. It wasn’t bad for $ 8. Can’t beat that price.
