My husband and I went to Lowes in Leominster two Sundays ago, and we ordered carpeting for 3 rooms in our house.
Part of this process is to have their installer come and measure the rooms. They took our information and we paid a deposit. It has been 11 days and we have yet to hear from their installers??? I’ve called 3 times, even the managers don’t seem to know what the heck is going on. They said if no one contacts me by today to call them back yet again. I am 1 minute away from losing my mind and canceling the entire order which was $ 2000 plus+++++.
The reason for the two stars the girl that took a order was very nice.

Good selection. But you can’t find higher prices or less informed help.
I had four attempted conversations before I encountered someone with product knowledge.
Prices for plastic trim boards are twice that of comparable sources.

Best Lowes in the area. Helpful knowledgeable staff who actually seem to enjoy working with customers. Tidy well kept store. Overall better quality and selection than Home Depot.
Flooring, hardware, lumber and paint dept. staff particularly helpful.

I’m sooo happy that this place is here, this is the only decent hard ware store for miles!
It may not be until that last fuse goes after 6 on a Sunday, but once you need this place you’ll be soo happy that this place finally opened here.
The staff is incredibly helpful, and they’re are always well stocked.

We’ve been very pleased with Lowe’s. This location has consistently excellent customer service: friendly, helpful employees who help to find exactly what you need. Prices are typically better than Home Depot, and we always find what we need. A great store.
