Worst vape shop in Kansas City! Horrible customer service! I’ve never experienced such arrogant people in my life. I went to the store off 95^th and Quivira, bought a 100 mL bottle of juice. It spilled in my backpack all over everything. I took it back to the store after I realized what had happened. The little kid that was working there told me I’m sorry sir but we check every single one of our lids and this was your fault not ours. I argued with him for a minute and then him and his other friend acted like they wanted to fight me. I left and went to the store off 75^th St. Where the lady working said oh I’m sorry we put the wrong lid on your bottle 100 ml bottles they require a different lid.
