Impressed!!! They were super busy when I walked in with only one bartender & one cook. The food was amazing, drinks were great, service was phenomenal. If I were to come back to Kansas for a visit I would definitely come back.

Excellent service with great happy hour deals. Bistro nachos half price was enough for two. Huge serving. Margaritas could have been served with half the ice. Long Island ice teas were good and strong!!! All in all a good deal and glad we ate there

I was able to dine at the Bistro twice, both at dinner and for the breakfast buffet. For dinner, I came around 8:30 pm for a quick takeout order, and was seated immediately. Chris(I believe that was her name) was very attentive, not just to me but the rest of the customers at the bar. She briefly overhead them mention maybe getting a bite to eat and instantly handed both of them menus to browse. My burger was ready in about 7 minutes; the generously thick patty was cooked exactly medium, as requested, and the fries were perfectly crisp! Upon returning to my room, I realized I forgot to ask for condiments… luckily, Chris had already thought of that, as there were ketchup, mayo, and mustard abound in my bag. We then had the breakfast buffet the next day and was very impressed! Ramon and his wait team were kind and attentive, and the food was warm and fresh. There was a large variety, from fruit, cereal, and oatmeal, to eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and made to order waffles. Overall, two wonderful dining experiences. Thanks, Crowne Plaza!

Inside Crowne Plaza, a full service hotel, is the Bistro. I like the cleanness of the Bistro, and the floors. It’s really a great way to start the day. I’m not sure if any other meals are offered in the eating space itself, but breakfast is my experience. The breakfast bar usually consists of fruit, cottage cheese, and yogurt. Waffle maker so you can help yourself. Biscuit and gravy, potatoes, eggs, and meats. So, lots of choices here, along with bread and pastries. I was pretty happy with all the breakfast meals here. The only thing is the oatmeal. I never had any because it seems I could just take out the entire pot by just sticking a fork in it and lifting it up. Maybe it just sits for a while and becomes a solid mass, but I like my oatmeal to be just a little bit thinner.
