I had House of Apparel make some custom embroidered patches for me. They came out *perfect*. They even put up with my many picky edits. Great product, and great service. I could not be happier.

I used them once; I worked with Luke the entire time. It started out fairly well, they have some catalogs that had several options and covered a variety of options. Luke was a little slow in communication, but I was not pressed for time, so that worked ok. He worked well with me to achieve the design layout I wanted and sent me some pricing ideas up front. I sent an email in with my ordering quantity. They sent back a confirmation where they had made a mistake and changed the order quantity. I did not realize they had changed the quantity until after I received the order. Long story short they sold me more than I asked for by adding to my quantities with only sending a confirmation to show me they changed the quantities. In my opinion, that is a mistake on their part. According to Luke the customer is responsible for verifying the quantities, colors and sizes on the ordering confirmation. Apparently the fact that we had submitted our order in writing, and they had mistyped it, still made it our responsibility to catch the error. Anyways, the shirts were ok, the imprints are placed in slightly different places on the shirts, by as much as a ½″ in some cases, and on a handful of shirts the placement is just odd. The material and quality of the embroidery were good, but given the fact that they find no fault in their errors on the order or inconsistent imprinting I would not recommend them to anyone. I certainly don’t expect a customer is always right response these days, but when a company places responsibility on the customer to catch their errors I find it at a minimum irresponsible and at worst unethical/deceitful. In my case, I’m left wondering if they don’t add quantity to everyone’s order in hopes they don’t catch it?
