If you’ve ever needed or used a contractor you know just how unreliable they are and sloppy, especially after they have your money. NOT SO when it comes to this company! Moss and his team are perfectionists whether you are there to supervise them or thousands of miles away (as we were).
I had a dilemma. We had recently renovated our place, but were unable to finish the project and had to move cross country. We just couldn’t rent it unfinished. Due to the holidays, EVERYONE was busy for weeks on end or not interested in the project. We had contacted several contractors. Moss and his team quickly entered the unit, made an assessment and emailed me a punch list of suggested upgrades and optional ones. All prices were quite reasonable and the ETA was timely as well. Instead of picking the most expensive options, he picked the most reasonable ones based upon our future use (long term ownership and turning the unit into a rental).
We were nervous having the work done while we were so far away, but our fears were needless. The project was completed in less than a week beating the timetable he gave us and within the price estimate he gave us. Everything looks great and we’re really happy with the work. Others that referred me to him describe him as a perfectionist and I’d have to agree. Not only that, he’s very friendly and low key.
We’d hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend his company to anyone who needs a contractor in the Kansas City Metro.
