Ordered online and it gave me a delivery time of 45 minutes. An hour and 20 mins passed by and still no pizza, I called and they said it was just on its way out to be delivered. Really?! Took another 15 mins to get here. So it went from being 45 mins to almost 2 hrs to get one Flippn pizza. And mind you, this was on a weeknight. I can understand that kind of wait time on Friday and the weekend. But really?! They need to get it together. And to top it all off, my pizza was cold. So disappointed.

Lacking in flavor as much as it was lacking in sauce. We had to wait 40 minutes for a carry out order

Classic Me’N’Eds flavor. Wait was a little longer than what I was told at the counter. Unfortunately, and the only reason I took away 1 star, I was over charged not by much but still over charged. I would ask for a refund for the overcharged part but there is literally a SHITTON of people in line. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Took an hour and a half to get my pizza. I don’t understand! It should take 25 minutes to make, and the drive is maybe 4 minutes. How does it take an hour and a half! Then they went to the wrong place, and had the wrong number to even call and ask for the address again. I’d rather order«decent» pizza Hut than pay $ 25 for one pizza that takes 1.5 hours to get to me when I live max 4 minutes away. Not worth it!

This place definitely needs to improve their customer service and management. Ordered online and was told it was a 45 min wait, my pizza came after an hour(I don’t even live far away) and they forgot the chicken wings I ordered, so the delivery guy had to go back and get it. Called to update on my order and the lady who answered was not pleasing at all. Atleast the pizza is bearable.

Service horrible! Over priced cardboard! Recently my husband called in an order to Me-n-Ed’s in Lemoore as one of his coworkers claimed the pizza was delicious. We were told that the wait would be 45 minutes. Ok. I drive to pick up the order and it’s chaos. The parking is some of the most ridiculous parking I have ever seen. I mean absolutely no parking spots in front of the store at all. One either has to park half way across the shopping center or down the street curbside. Fine. I can get over the lack of adequate parking. But I open the doors, which do not face the parking lot but the street, and it’s chaos. There is no distinguishable line but rather a gaggle of people just kind of in front of ONE csr who is trying his hardest to get orders through. People are just cutting others off to get to the CSR first. People aren’t sure if their food is ready as no one is communicating with the customers. There is no line to just pick up an order. I waited over 30 minutes in this ridiculous mess before another CSR started taking orders. I told this woman that it has been well over an hour since I placed my order and she could careless. She actually was so rude about it. As if this mess we are all in is somehow my fault. By the time I received the pizza it was cold and congealed. I paid too much money for a pizza that tasted like cardboard, cheese bread that is overly salty and quite frankly the grossest thing I have eaten! The CSR practically threw my receipt at me. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had getting a pizza! There has to be better pizza than this place. I can’t imagine ever giving them anymore money. Not worth it.

Pizza was tasteful and had a nice crispy, flaky crust. Service was good and it didn’t take too long to get out to us. They only had 4 beer’s on tap which need to be expanded apon. Other that that I had a good experience there.

Absolutely the worst Me n Eds I’ve ever been to, which is sad because I’ve been going there for over 30 years. Doesn’t taste like any of the other locations(far worse), the service is horrible, the manager is absolutely rude. I told her my name and she replied«we have more than one Mike, I’m gonna need more than that,» I still thanked her when my transaction was done and she just looked me dead in the face and gave me no response. She has been there for years and I don’t know how or why. Beyond that, the sauce and dough are lousy, next to no toppings, and I had to pay for it! Tonight was the last straw… I encourage everyone to make the drive to Hanford or take your business to any other pizza parlor in town. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have.

This place use to be real good they have this woman manager that is so rude. The pizza hardly has any toppings on it. I hate going here now! it’s really sad. Not managed well at all. If they are so busy why not expand and get more ovens? Expect 1 to 1 ½ hr wait all times of the day.

We have completely given up on this Me n Eds… I’m sorry but an hour and 45 minute wait for delivery on a Monday is unacceptable … I wish someone would come in and take over and make this place the way it use to be :(

Ring, ring.“Me N Eds, can you hold please?” 5 minutes later you hang up, call back busy signal. This place not so good. Left overs again.

At best their pizza is fair. Usually it’s bland. The place is cavernous and many of the tables remain dirty/unbussed for a while, despite the many employees. To be fair, most of those employees are very busy working the kitchen churning out their blah pizzas and meh garlic bread, because apparently the people around here dig this stuff. One half of the place is devoted to being a sort of Chuck-e-Cheese type spot, with arcade games and party-sized tables. I’m sure this would be a good place to have a birthday party. The kids can play and they don’t know the difference between good and bad pizza anyway. ! ! ! Join the HANFORD&LEMOORE local foodie group on Facebook at

Not once but twice have I ordered a pizza for takeout and asked for my money back. After I pay, they claim they can’t find my order. They then ask me to wait another 45 mins. F That! That’s not why I’m giving them a 1 star. The 1 star is because I saw a bag of chicken chunks sitting on top of a counter. It made me think twice on how long that bag of chicken sat there. Another thing I notice is the service. They’re is no such thing as worker longevity when it comes to Me N Ed’s. If you want an original Me N Ed’s pizza, your best bet would be going to Hanford. They don’t deviate from what is supposed to be their signature pizza. So Adiós Lemoore Me N Eds! Where I spend my money in this town means a lot to small business owners. That was the last time I asked for my money back because it means I won’t be back.

They have enough people working but maybe they’re not prioritizing enough to keep up with the orders? It was too long of a wait either way.

Don’t do it. Been there 4 times(2nd and 3rd because we really like the pizza) and it has gotten consistently worse. The service is absolutely terrible. Takeout times of up to 45 minutes. No matter how good the food may(or may not) be, it is not worth the terrible service.

Been here many many times and the pizza is usually pretty good but they have had consistent problems with staff, long waits, dirty restaurant, etc… The place needs serious help!

Wow. This place is in serious need of new management. The staff is at best lazy, at worst outright rude. The salad bar was embarrassing. And be forewarned, they want to physically see and take your old salad bar plate before they will give you a new one. The pizza was good but not worth what you have to put up with to get it.

Wow. Maybe the worst service I’ve seen in quite a while. Visiting family in Lemoore, we decide pizza would be great and we order take out assuming they will be busy. Hey, it is small chain pizza, our expectations for the actual food are nominal, but we figure that if we order takeout and show up, things should be okay. We order and they say 45 minutes(which normally would be 20 – 30) but, okay. whatever. We get there and there is a HUGE line(12 – 15 people) one girl at the register(two registers only one being used) and a grumpy and frumpy older woman barking out the to go orders that are ready. Within 2 minutes she calls out our order(this should be good news, right?) and we say«oh great!» and she scowls and tells us we have to stay an line and ‘wait our turn’… ummm, okay, why call it out if we can’t pay and go(hence the idea of takeout!) So, we wait. A man in front of us has the temerity to actually check his order and it is wrong. A manager looking kid(Javi) tells the guy that he’ll fix it, but, he’ll have two charges on his card for«a few days»… the guy has been waiting so long… he just shrugs… Finally, it is our turn(they closed the second line after the guy with the mistake, so we still only had one line.) All of this might be kind of okay if there weren’t 10 people in the back kind of standing around(2 or 3 working like crazy) and sipping giant cokes and muttering to each other about how long the line is… We get to the front, we have exact change and pay the girl, she hunts up our pizza(which has now been sitting for 25 extra minutes on the roof of the stove)… and she says«oh, you have a caesar salad» and we nod and she says, «umm, would you guys like to go make it yourself?» Whaaaatttttt? I smile and say, «no.» and she audibly exhales, «okay, I’ll have someone make one for you.» 8 minutes later(after awhile you kind of glance at the clock unwilling to really believe how slow people can be and how disengaged with their customers. We get the pizza from a guy who had just been standing around… They don’t offer cheese or pepper or anything else(which is customary at most chains) but we just leave… NEVER to return… When we return with our ‘bounty’ our relatives laugh and say, «Ummm, that isn’t the hot Hawaiian right?» and we said noooo. and they say okay, they’ll try it, but the last time they went they had diarrhea… I didn’t have super high expectattions for the experience but it was much much much worse than it should have been. I write this hoping that someone who works there or has an interest in this chain will give them a head’s up and suggest some training in just the most basic customer service… It is as if they bank on people kind of forgetting or shaking it off after they leave… I will vote no on any future adventure… just isn’t worth the time investment for the food quality. Good luck to the poor folks working in such a dysfunctional place!

Like other reviewers have said Me n Eds is hit or miss. Sometimes the experience is okay, but most of the time it is terrible! Wait time is always ridiculous and then when you get there you usually have to wait even more. I like the pizza but because the service sucks so badly I often vote to avoid the place and tonight I’m kicking myself for having pressed my luck. Wait was 40 minutes so I waited patiently running some other errands in the mean time. Arrived there and found about 5 – 6 people in line ahead of me moving very slow. To top it all off the customer at the front counter was being refused service for not having her ID on her to pay with credit card. Being an informed consumer myself I knew that it is violation of the Merchant Agreement between the business and card company to demand ID if the card is signed. I watched as they«made an exception» for this customer as she started to walk away upset even though they had no right to delay her in the first place. Then, low and behold I forgot MYID!!! Ugh. I was still waiting in line just knowing they were going to give me a hard time too but I decided to lay down some facts on them. So after discussing the merchant agreement with them and encouraging the kids(literally) running the place to «Google it» themselves, they again«made an exception». It’s so upsetting to me that common sense does not prevail and that people are uninformed and just repeat what they see done elsewhere like little monkeys. So in case one of the employees reads this, here is the link to the VISA Merchant Agreement so you can see for yourself that your business IS in violation, not to mention has crummy customer service and is sorely lacking in common sense and decency(seriously who steals pizza?). (page 34) TOFUTURECUSTOMERS: Avoid this place if you can or only order delivery but be prepared to WAIT and WAIT no matter what you do and ask yourself is it really worth it? Me, I’ll be avoiding this place just as much as I did before despite the fact that I like their pizza.
