First off, I came here first thing in the morning. I really wanted to go see my wife and kids in San Diego for the weekend. The guy told me he has some cars due back by noon. He took down my number and never called. I went there and he said nothing yet. Its now 2pm. Looks like he lied and wasted my whole day. What kind of rental place doesn’t have cars in stock. This company needs to fix their process. Just because it’s the only car rental place around here doesn’t mean they have to suck!

This place never keeps reservations you make. I’ve tried making reservations here multiple times only to find that the day of pick up there is nothing available. Negative stars are needed here.
