I recently went in there to try and get my bill lower. Chris helped me and was very patient and knowledgeable. After analyzing my plan he was able to lower it by $ 20! He looked up up what I didn’t need on my plan and what was most reasonable for my needs. He also sold me a tempered glass screen protector for my phone, that came in handy a week later after dropping it! Chris was beyond helpful! Great customer service from him! I will be going to him for anything I need for my phone!

Had a problem with my phone again jake took great care of my phone and the issues I was having with my phone. I had not gone to the sprint in Lemont for a few years due to the people they had didn’t know what they were doing. I will continue Coming to this store as long as jake is still working here. I’m sure the store would not do half as much business they do if it wasn’t for jake and how he treats customers
