Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for a call back for a week now. A work order was placed 5 days ago and nobody is contacting me to get the appointment scheduled. Our management company has been calling them daily to check in and I called twice, but no use! It will rain again this weekend and there go my wood floors!
