My husband called this company to fix our attic fan. He chose them because they’re BBB accredited and have an A+ rating. Our experience wasn’t quite as stellar. He called them on Monday 7/22, and the technician came out on Tuesday to diagnose the problem. The technician, Joe, didn’t have the necessary parts to fix the fan(or a ladder, which seemed odd) and said he would come back Wednesday first thing in the morning. He also asked my husband to calculate the volume of the attic so he could order the correct fan rather than doing it himself. Wednesday morning came and went without anyone showing up, so my husband called around 2:00 p.m. Joe was very apologetic and said he’d forgotten, promising he’d return Thursday first thing in the morning. Thursday morning, my husband received a call that another individual had an emergency, and Joe asked for our next availability, which was Monday 7⁄29. On Monday morning just before 8:00, Joe tried calling, but by the time my husband answered, Joe had hung up. My husband called back immediately and left a message, saying we’d be home and that Joe was welcome to come over. That’s the last we heard from this company. They never called back and never showed up. Since we’d been blown off three times and wasted three mornings sitting around waiting for someone who never showed up, we decided to call Wiesbrook Sheet Metal on Tuesday 7⁄30. Today is Wednesday 7/31, and the attic fan is successfully repaired. Wiesbrook has also serviced our AC and furnace, and we’d highly recommend them. Boo to Knight’s for not having the courtesy to call and tell us they wouldn’t be showing up.

We called this company to fix a problem with our whole house’s electrical system. Basically, there were bad connections from the outside lines into our house and the main fuse had become loose. I found them to be prompt and professional and they fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again.

I found this outfit through the Better Business Bureau website. They twice made an appointment to come out for a consultation for electrical work to be done and twice were no shows.
