The stars are for the quality of food. Super yummy but the service is extremely slow. I waited almost 20 minutes for a 6 piece and I was the only one there.

I used to be a frequent customer at the Broadway location in Lemon Grove. In the last few months the good and welcoming workers have all been replaced with new workers that are very DIRTY and UNKEPT, RUDE to every customer, and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. INCREDIBLYHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I had received a discount from a regional manager for a previous bad experience and when I went to redeem that discount no one in the store knew anything about it. Luckily I had kept my voicemail from the manger for them to listen to as the«lead» didn’t have any knowledge of it. After 15 minutes of getting nowhere I left the store and WILLNEVERGOBACK! I would gladly give my money to another restaurant than take a discount from wing stop.

I placed my order at 7:11pm for 10 wings… had to wait until 7:45pm to get my order… the store was not busy… the employees were busy playing and laughing in the back. SMH… I will NEVER spend my money here again.

This is probably the most disgusting place to get wings. The flavors are terrible, fries soggy, cheese is defrosted worse than ballpark nacho cheese, and to top it all off the wings are ABSOLUTELYHORRIFIC. Besides the food, the staff was okay. I had to stand there for a good 5 mins until they were done with their own conversations, but when i finally got to speak with the cashier, she was less than mediocre. Over all i wish i could give«Wingstop» in general negative points. It’s worse than Domino’s wings. Don’t go here.

We used to order WingStop at least once a week it felt like. We would always call ahead and it would be ready in the time that they gave us. Recently the service is terrible. They tell you 20 – 25 mins you walk in half hour later and we still have to wait another 15! They don’t even have that many people but everyone seems to be waiting. 40 mins for 10 pieces of wings, seriously? The employees seem confused, the staff does not appear as organized as they have in the past. Last time we visited they messed up 3 orders and there was only 4 of us waiting on there. Management really needs to take a look at what is going on. I rarely want to come here anymore.

Do not waste your money or time coming to this restaurant. I got home and my chicken was UNCOOKED. It was still soft and not prepared properly I called and spoke with the lead David and he admitted he rushed my order then told me to bring it back when I get there he tells me he can only replace the wings uneaten. And could not refund me my money And to be clear I did not bring him a box of bones I partially ate a piece before realizing it was uncooked. I have made a complaint with corporate and the health dept. His customer service was terrible because he proceeded to argue with me and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience I have never received such bad service

I ordered mild, it burned my tongue & mouth. I call & I was informed that their corporate office want it like that. Well you lost a customer for ordering mild. Will go to Pizza Hut or Wing & Things for mild!!!

My husband and I have been coming here for many years. The only reason we come back from time to time is for the wings and fries that are delicious but the customer service is pretty bad every time we come whether it’s the same or new staff. The order gets messed up and/or they take a LONG time to have your order ready.

Everything about this location is a waste of time. First I called to place an order from the airport and was placed on hold, then they didn’t pick the phone back up until I was pulling into their parking spot. Once I placed an order and paid they tell me it will be about 30 minutes, I cancelled that order and called Wings and Things. Sorry Wingstop, your wings aren’t that good.

Worst service ever. My sister ordered online and I went to go pick it up. Walked in said I was there to pick up. The girl at the cashier gave me a nasty look and said we’ll call you when it’s ready. She asked me to sign and show the credit card I paid. But I didn’t have the credit card because my sister ordered online from her work so I said I didn’t have the credit card, I was just picking up because my sister is stuck at work and couldn’t pick it up. She told me okay with the biggest attitude ever and she told me to sign because she doesn’t even care if I didn’t have the credit card. Uhm! RUDE. Maybe she had a rough day and we came in 30 mins before closing, but she didn’t have to be so rude and give me attitude. Worst customer service ever! never coming back here.

This is my boyfriends go to place whenever we are craving something late night. 2 stars for the food being decent but –3 for the service. We usually order online and all but one time, our order is never ready by the time we are informed, which is a 20 – 30 min gap from when we ordered online to driving there and picking it up. We’ve also been in there multiple times and the wait is not too bad but a little too long for a place that only served one type of food. Also. They charge an arm and a leg for ranch. For this type of food, you would think it comes with meals with no problem.

I’ve tried almost all of their flavors except for the BBQ and I would recommend the Lemon Pepper and Cajun flavors! The atomic hot isn’t as spicy as you would expect. If it’s your first time, definitely get a combo to try their fries because they’re really good. Make sure to make use of their soda machine and mix a bunch of flavors together!
