I have been a patient of Dr. Officer J Murray for many years and I am extremely happy with his service! Kayleen who tends the front desk and assists him is very professional, helpful, outgoing and friendly! I can’t wait to see their new location in Santee!

I am so pleased with Dr. Murray and his assistant. They are so warm and friendly. I was referred to them by the dentist next door to them. They are so professional without being stuffy. There selection of glasses were good enough for my needs. And they were not pushy at all. I could have bought my glasses somewhere else. But they were so nice, I wanted to support them, as they are a local business here in Lemon Grove :)

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Officer for 20+ years. He’s that good. Even when we didn’t have vision insurance that covered any of his fees, we stayed with him. He is experienced, professional and knowledgeable. His easygoing demeanor sets the tone for a calm and competent exam. His records are extensive and he knows when to perform other tests such as field vision tests for glaucoma. His frame selection is not as extensive as some assembly line vision centers, but his professionalism is a better deal. Plus, he’s got a dry wit and is very funny! His office administrator Kaylene has been with him forever, and she is every bit as competent as he is, and we’ve never had a problem with billing or insurance. We love both of them and will be patients for as long as he is around!

I randomly picked Dr. Officer from a list of opticians that my insurance provided. What serendipity! Not only was I able to get a timely appointment, but the whole process was professional and pleasant. I am very impressed by his dedication and breadth of knowledge. The office staff was equally friendly and professional. Although the variety of frames was less than at other places, I had no trouble finding a flattering pair and it was much more cost efficient that other glasses I’ve gotten at different places.

I have nothing but the most wonderful experiences with Dr. Officer. This seasoned professional took on his father’s optometry business over 20 years ago, and his style is experienced, calming, and warm. His administrative staff is similarly qualified and extremely friendly. I have had less than mediocre experiences at some other optometric offices in the area, and am refreshed by and grateful for the level of customer service and the quality care I’ve known at Dr. Officer’s.
