Be aware, they have moved to El Cajon and changed numbers. This is a scam. My tv has been there for a month now and there is constant excuses from them. Avoid at all cost.

These guys are the wizards of tech. They revived my DOA home theater system for cheap. I will name my first born after the owner.

Absolutely awful. This place is only expert at LYING!!! STAY AWAY
My Best Buy warranty on my LCD TV sent them. The tech diagnosed the problem and took it away for parts. After a week they still had it sitting by the front door. I researched it myself, no parts available. They lied to me repeatedly, lied to Best Buy, Geek Squad, the headquarters repeatedly.
(Final example: after two weeks they told me there is nothing wrong with the TV, after identifying the problem, problem visible with just a click. Owner DOESN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT A PIXEL IS!!! Expert my a*@!!!)
I finally got Best Buy to ADMIT and FILE REPORT on Expert TV themselves and gave me a new TV.

Absolutely horrible. After having my TV over a month they still have not figured out what is wrong with it and refused to give an estimated time for repair. Avoid at all costs. I would have gave the place no stars but Unilocal requires at least one star. Oh well.

Absolutely terrible experience. I have a service plan from best buy. I take it to these guys because thats who best buy contracted my tv out to. I take it in and already its a little shady. I talk to the service people and leave my tv outside pretty much on the curb. They give me a time period between eight and fifteen business days. One month goes by and nothing, I call and they say they haven’t touched it yet. I have currently called them four times and it has been close to two months. I still do not have my tv and they argued with my wife on the phone. They are now charging best buy for a repair and they are returning my tv un-​repaired. Thank goodness best buy is taking care of it. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE!!!
