Worst experience of my entire life. Never have I been disrespected so much. I hope Frank gets a dose of his own medicine. AAA recommends this shop… Not for long.
They damaged the vehicle while loading it. Then charged 460 in storage fees because they were «closed» and unable to release the vehicle.
The owner called me a «Fucking liar» after asking him why my calls were not returned.
All in all I really hope that this guy and his shop slide off the mountain they are located on.

Very rude man. He picked up the phone and told me to go find a kid to shovel my car out. He told me if I got him, he’d be costly. 150 to get me out of snow, and if I didn’t like it, go elsewhere. I told him he wasn’t nice, and he hung up on me.

Unprofessional Driver. Cursing and Rude. Will never use again. Made us sign before dragging it onto the trailer. Wouldn’t give me two mins to jump it to get it out of gear or put the keys in it for the matter. Rubbed passenger tires along the sides of the trailer. Will definitely not use them again.
