Realty World-C Bagans First

Wow I don’t even know where to start. I bought one of their listings, and right off the bat trying to get a hold of these guys is near impossible. First my realtor simply needed info to submit an offer… Took multiple calls to multiple people and leaving multiple messages and emails to finally get a hold of someone who could help. Second they had NO IDEA there was an HOA so we had to go back and redo everything after MY realtor figured out there was an HOA. (to this day I still haven’t received the HOA packet they were supposed to give me). I don’t even want to get into how long the whole process took… After we finally moved in it took them over a week to come pick up their for sale sign and lock boxes so when I changed the locks I simply left the lock boxes on the ground still connected to the door handle. Bottom line: NOT RECOMMENDED.
