I want to say the service at this publics is above and beyond, first I had a bag of apples and there was no upc on it so a nice lady ran back and grabbed the organic bag and the price was more than I wanted to pay plus mine was not organic. While she was gone the store manager started bagging my remaining items, when I decided not to take the apples and they removed them from my cost only later did I find out the manager put them in my cart. Wow I would have gladly paid for them Very nice of him 5 star all the way!

On our visit, we were on a mission to replenish the provisions we depleted while visiting Grandpa. Didn’t have any trouble finding what we needed; got in and got out without any hassles or problems. It’s just a grocery store with a standard layout; nothing the staff did was particularly good or bad. It did set the record for largest proportion of patrons on motorized transport I’ve ever seen. I know, I know, west Florida. But still.

It’s been almost a year since his review, but unfortunately, I still have to agree with Jermain. This location just does not live up to the standards I have come to expect from Publix. I have not had a positive experience no matter when I go: –A stockperson ran into me when rushing around a corner into an aisle where I was standing, and did not apologize –The baggers consistently refuse to make eye contact and/or smile at checkout –Employees have personal conversations in inappropriate places –The place is dirty; I tried to buy a bag of flour only to realize at the conveyer belt that it was ridden with bugs. I know that the bug problem could have originated at the shipment facility, and I usually do not have a problem ignoring lackluster customer service(re: smiling, personal convos), but the service at this location is too sub-par to let go.

I don’t really like the look and feel of this Publix. It’s not as inviting as others. And I just don’t like the atmosphere. I feel like it could be better. But, it’s alright.

Not up to Publix standards. Customer service desk is usually understaffed and needs help. They were too busy laughing and socializing instead of doing there job.
