First off, they make you sign a paper explaining tipping etiquette. They tell you you should tip 20% in big bold letters. I hate it when businesses tell me what to tip and at that point I should have walked out! I saw Edynn and she was horrible… She cannot follow directions and when I asked her to take some of the bulk out of my hair at the roots, she over texturized the ends so now I have super thin ends that have huge chunks missing from them and they look terrible! I had to explain over and over what I wanted and she still didn’t listen. I am so frustrated and bitterly disappointed. I will not go back and I would recommend the same to anyone looking for a good stylist! Oh! And beware of the cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours get you a $ 25 charge. Nice!

Super cute salon, started on time, and wasn’t expensive. Jamie cut my hair and she did an awesome job, she paid close attention to what I wanted and made sure to check if everything was perfect before I left. Loved it. I’ll come back for sure.

I scheduled my hair and makeup for my bridals four months in advanced with Studio Enizio. I ended up not being able to keep my appointment with them. They would not refund my $ 50 or let me use it for any other services at their salon, even though I canceled over two and a half month before the scheduled appointment. I would never recommend this studio to any one. Their hair and makeup may be great, but their costumer service was terrible. I was never told my $ 50 was nonrefundable, nor did I sign any documentation. Very disappointed.

I’m a fan of AnnMarie and her haircuts(got one a couple days ago). I love her and she does a great and smooth blow out(I have fine mix textured hair so its easy to make really puffy) As a whole the studio seems nice, the bathrobe offering situation is a bit odd. But loved AnnMarie and I will go back to see her again

Studio Enizio is a great place to go to if you live around northern Utah county. The employees are talented and helpful and you can tell instantly that everyone holds themselves to a high standard when it comes to their craft. I started coming in to see Cassandra in spring of 2012. I have never been more satisfied with my hair in my life. Every time she does my hair, it one-ups whatever she did the time before. She is a wizard when it comes to color application. And her cuts are flawless! I’m not as talented as others when it comes to styling my hair but she always knows just how to cut and style it to make it easy for me. Side note: She does a great job cutting men’s hair too! She does both my brother’s and my boyfriend’s hair and they are always very pleased with their hair.

I schedule both a trial hair and makeup session and a wedding day hair and makeup application. When I went in for my trial I was so excited to see what they would do to make me look like a stunning bride. Cynthia Dean was my makeup artist. She is also the owner so I was excited, thinking that she we be exceptionally skilled. After sitting in the chair for an hour the pit in my stomach started to get bigger and bigger. I felt like my face looked completely asymmetrical. I kept asking her why my eyebrows looked so different and her response was«eyebrow are not supposed to be twins, but sisters». Well these brows looked like they came from completely different planets. I asked for a bronze, pink and coral palette with a dewy effect and left with a messy charcoal smokey eye that was very distracting and certainly didn’t make me feel like a bride. After voicing my concerns about the eyebrows a number of times with no correction, it was obvious that things were not going to improve. I had to cut my loses and get out of there. I quickly left and cried all the way to my car. Two days before my wedding and I looked like a clown. I canceled my wedding day appointment with the salon and pulled out my makeup remover before anyone saw me, I wiped off my face and reapplied my makeup, myself.

I moved 45 min. away and I still make the trip to this salon because it’s worth the drive. I’ve seen several stylists at Enizio and all of them have done a FABULOUS job. The price for a hair cut is very reasonable for the quality — I usually pay under $ 40 including tip.

I honestly loved my experience at Studio Enizio. It was way past time for a hair cut, and WAY past time for a new look. I tend to seek the least expensive and most efficient way to do anything and that has always carried over into haircuts too, but, hubby said I should splurge so I said, ‘why not’? After reviewing a lot of places and talking to a lot of folks, I headed south for two reasons: 1) I’d heard great things about this place 2) while still splurging, it is only about half the cost of the splurg-y places heading north. They were very courteous on the phone and had appointments open the very next day, which may be a sign that they are still growing, but I was grateful. It was a little bit hard to find. Mapquest will tell you to turn off of the Highland Hwy(92) at 7200 W, but it’s actually labeled 1200 E due to the overlapping city numbering systems. Their building is in a complex a color coded sign, but the colors are all sort of similar. If you go as far right as you can, you’ll find it. Because it was my first time there, I filled out a little bit of paperwork and then got the grand tour. Their décor is awesome. I love the giant free standing mirrors leaning against the wall at each station, the light fixtures, I even loved the chairs you sit in for your shampoo. In fact, those might have been my favorite ‘accessory’. The bathroom is large and contains drawers for personal items and you can change into a robe to keep your shirt clean and safe from color. It’s right off the main room, in plain sight, so I wasn’t worried about leaving ‘valuables’ in there. My stylist was the newest addition to their team, sorry I can’t remember her name, I think Carla? She was so nice to listen to my rambling about what I did and didn’t like. I was hoping she’d have a good suggestion and she didn’t let me down. We looked through some magazines and figured it out. The shampoo was relaxing and she did do a little bit of scalp massage. The color did take quite a long time, but she was fun to chat with and the time flew by. She was so great with my cut. She cut it all, blow dryed it, started styling a little and then I decided to go shorter in the back. She was great with that and was able to dry cut it perfectly ’til I just loved it. It’s definitely the most daring do I’ve tried but I left feeling confident. I loved the way she styled it and since I had expressed concern about being able to do my new do she talked me through exactly what she was doing to make it look just right. I am happy to say I have been able to re-create her results, which to me is the key to a great haircut. They explained to me, during my tour, that they started as an on-site hair and makeup company, but after a few years realized they were doing mostly weddings, ie makeup and up-dos. So, they recently opened the physical location salon in order to be able to use their color and cutting skills as well. Their website has a separate link for their ‘on-site’ services and it’s listed in Unilocal as Enizio Salon. It’s a true reflection on them that I REALLY want to go back, but I just can’t see paying the extra dough every 2 – 3 months. Sigh. Maybe I can do a once a year splurge. I will be back though.

One word. WOW! As soon as you walk in, you’re taken back by how gorgeous the salon is. Every single detail is beautiful. They are very welcoming and really take the time to make you feel comfortable. ex: the super soft robe they give you to change into(pants required!) Lol! I recently booked them for my wedding services. About a week ago, I went to the salon to get my hair done for my Engagement pictures. Stephanie is amazing! She took such good care of me and made my hair and my lashes look beautiful. She’s such a sweetheart and really can do it all. She’s overall very, very talented and loves what she does and is passionate about it because it shows in her work. Also, I’ve talked to Cynthia quite a few times and she has been more then wonderful with scheduling everything and always gets back to me right away. I can’t wait to go back for my bridals and my wedding day! With them — I know that i’m in good hands :) BTW — they use top of the line products and offer hard to find services as well as on-site services. Depending on where you live — don’t let the drive bother you. It’s definitely worth it once you get there!
