I’ve been a resident for over a year. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. The office is very helpful, and the maintenance staff is good. The staff put extra effort into community events and fun ‘perks’, like popsicle day at the pool. I feel safe enough for my kids to run around free.

The worst apartment experience. The tenants on top of us is so rude and inconsiderate. Everyday it’s like there’s a bowling alley or gym or basketball court on top of us. Even if we tell them to keep the noise down, they will make it louder as if they’re trying to provoke us. We reported to the leasing office but it didn’t change a thing.
