The workers were great but the owner was incredibly obnoxious and condescending when he was here and the woman that answers the phone acts like you are just the most annoying thing in the world for calling to hire them. I have no idea why this rude woman still has a job. They didnt seem very careful when it came to cutting the limbs, i thought they were going to break my fence because the owner kept telling them not to rope the limbs. Even if there work was stellar, i would hire someone else that doesnt talk doen to my wife and whos day im not ruining by calling.
