I used the location as a PMB to receive packages. Owner decided the volume of packages was «too high» and decided to charge a random fee of an extra $ 50 for me to be able to pick up my mail (out of the blue). The charge was not in any agreement or rental agreements given to us when opened box. It was just extortion cause she was holding our mail. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! STAY AWAY.

Place looks more like a 5 and dime store than a shipping location. Not sure they know what they are doing at this location.

I hate the Post Office so I am really glad The Mail Stop is so convienent and I don’t have to ever go to the Post Office.
I’m here several times a week and Michelle, the owner, is awesome. She is always trying to make sure I get things sent the fastest and cheapest way possible. She also has other things like cards, soda and candy bars there for sale which helps me with my mid afternoon slump.
When Michelle isn’t around her parents usually are and they are totally on top of things too.
