Strange Robert S DMD MDS

This review is long overdue. Both of my children and my nephew have been patients of Drs. Strange and Hancock. This is a fantastic practice, both regarding the care the doctors and technicians provide and the overall office processes. If it gives you any idea what a great practice this is, my children have been out of braces since approximately 2010. Last year, I was eating hard pretzels and popped my jaw out of alignment and could not get it back, it was so painful. I called my normal dentist and the dentist my husband uses, and no one could see me for approximately 3 – 5 days. I called Drs. Strange and Hancock on the advice that an orthodontist might be a better choice anyway, and Dr. Hancock not only recognized immediately that I could not wait 3 – 5 days, he asked us to come to the office immediately, and he’d wait even though the office hours would be long over by the time we got there. He helped get my jaw realigned, and absolutely refused any kind of compensation. This is just one of the many kindnesses I have seen from this office in regard to both personal issues and support of the community. My one and only complaint is that they do not practice general dentistry, and I am forced to go elsewhere.
