One of the best massages I’ve had. I love massages and have been to many at hotels, reports, spas. If you want a serious massage that detox, this is a great place. I’m getting a package to go every few weeks!

Great team of therapists with the skill and expertise to ensure you get the benefits of the investment in reflexology and massage. Gilbert and Shirley are both simply amazing. They aren’t the ‘training academies’ like a Massage Envy. Family owned and skilled. Not $ 59 an hour but not expensive. Highly recommend. I’ve been here 3x for reflexology and more for massage.

My first time there I would of given 4 or 5 stars. I saw Lily, who I think is the owner. She has miracle hands!!! She gave me a 60 min deep tissue massage. She has a lot of strength and was really working out my knots. However the whole hour was pretty much only on my back. For that I was disappointed. She did stop once to answer the work phone line on her cell. I thought hmmm maybe this isn’t normal and I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. The wall in the Room does not go to the ceiling so I could hear everything out in the waiting area. This appt was on a Friday and I scheduled another for that coming Monday.
Monday comes and I go to my appt. I explain to her that my back is very sore, almost feels bruised so let’s please do a full body Swedish Masssage. Not sure if it’s a language barrier but I got the exact same massage and I kept telling her it hurt bad.
Then it quickly went downhill. Her cell rang and she answered it speaking in an Asian language, so I’m gonna assume that was a personal phone call. The her phone made a ding noise and she stopped to check it out. I think it was a text message. And because you can hear everything in the front waiting area Lily was well aware when a client came in. She stopped massaging me and left to help the client. She came back in about 3 min and apologized. About 3 – 5 later another client came in and she was apologizing and about to walk out when I got up and said I was done and this was ridiculous.
I would give her strength of her hands 4 or 5 stars but the whole experience only 1.
There is also a law in VA that all body parts most be covered unless being worked on. Nope… sheet was down below my butt the whole time.
