Old Navy

Nice selection and prices but long wait to check out. One cashier for a long line and unwilling to open second register.

First time in this store. it was an old navy. Clothes were everywhere and the store looked a mess. Walked in and walked out… just couldn’t do it today!

I always find great deals in this store. They stock the same merchandise as the other Old Navy stores. This is not seconds or returned stock. It’s casual clothes so don’t expect super quality materials. Consistent with every other tee shirt, tank top, flip-​flop type of store. Where this branch excels is in customer assistance. The floor staff is friendly and helpful. How many places can you say that about?
The clothes are out of order sometimes — usually from the vast numbers of customers who do not put things back where they found them. That’s one of the reasons not to go on a weekend. This store gets packed, especially with teenagers!
Bottom line: if you’re looking for some great vintage style tees, shorts, tanks, or sundresses for the summer, this is the place to go. Plus, they participate with Shop Kicks.

Outlet pricing for a disappointing selection of goods. After hearing my pops’ ex praise their sales, I was looking forward to picking up a number of work basics on the cheap. Instead, I passed over the extensive spread of dowdy items and found a skirt marked down drastically because it was off-​season… but even the fabric pattern was pushing the limits of good taste.

The saddest Old Navy I have ever been to.
Although I expect to do a bit of digging in the clearance area of an Old Navy and can tolerate the clothes not being in size order like they should be, over half the clothes were attached to hangers with the wrong size number on it. After grabbing three hangers that had «4» written on it and finding a 0, 10, and 16, I gave up.

Old Navy, how you have not failed me since 1998, the year we first met after you took over the Farmer Jack spot in the Barracks Road shopping center. You even hit ‘em out of the park far from C’ville. I went here today to look for care package materials for a college friend who is now stationed in Kuwait… and found the best Shamrock Ho shirts ever! $ 2 each for t-​shirts emblazoned with Santa saying «HO HO HO»!!
