My Frame Shop

THRILLED! I ordered a picture (unframed) from Jamaica where my husband and I were married decades ago. It was to be an anniversary gift, but it takes a long while to arrive from Jamaica — longer than expected — and I was freaking out trying to figure out how to get it framed.
I called M*******s they said 2 weeks, 1 week if I paid extra. I called B** Fr******n, it took the gal 3 minutes to tell me the earliest would be November (it was Sept 1^st). Argh.
I called this place, «MY Frame shop». They said they could have it done in a couple of days. They actually turned it around in 1 day. It was custom matting (the ordered picture plus 2 snapshots from us at that location in the same frame), and a custom framed that looked sort of… um, tropical-​ish. The price was in line with what I paid M*******s years ago for something else I had framed.
I was thrilled. They are extremely customer service oriented, have many selections and will work to meet your needs and hopes. They are also great at making recommendations if you’re not sure what colors or style you want.
Next week, I have something I need rematted and an oil painting I am going to have them frame. Oh yeah, I will be back. And I will recommend them every opportunity I get.

Fantastic people. The sales woman was very patient with a picky person like me. Very considerate and helpful on the selection and price. I had a very unique painting on leather. They just perfected it with a great frame. I had asked around at a lot of department stores but none were inclined to take the challenge to work with something different. This is what a frame shop can only offer.
