I went there several times since Leesburg lacks skilled nail techs. I went September 2015 for my wedding for a gel fill and was happy with service. Returned monthly until February until the tech was no longer there. I returned on the first Sunday of June for a regular fill. I had finally gotten my nails shaped to the way I wanted at another location in Orlando but chose not to drive the distance this particular Sunday. I sat down in the second row. A young Asian guy took care of me. I explained what I wanted. It was as though he did not understand and proceeded to do what he wanted. When he finished with one hand… removing the gel, the shape of my nails was completely wrong. I said… stop. You are reshaping my nails. He smiled and proceeding with my other hand. I was now am furious and pulled my hand back and say stop, I want someone else to take care of me. The owner — manager, who sits in the back, tells me to go sit at a nail station in the last row on the left to wait. All along I am saying to myself… I know she doesn’t want this inexperienced tech to do my nails for when I was here the last few times, customers were not happy with the service received from this particular female tech. I waited. Just as I suspected, the owner said… she can do your nails. I said no, I don’t want her to do my nails. She asked, why? I firmly said… she is not skillful to correct this error that the gentleman made. Furthermore, I have seen her work and it is bad. The other customers just look at her. If you want to talk to me across the room, I will do the same. Now it is when my blood starts boiling. The owner had the nerve to ask… what do you want? You want to leave? You can go. I told her… your guys messed up my nails and you have the nerve to say I can leave?. Someone has to correct this. She realized I was super pissed. She then said, you wait, I do it. When she finally looked at my hand, she sigh and started talking to the guy who did my nails in their language and it appeared that she was pissed. He went to the back and was still talking to him. She attempted to fix my nails by adding acrylic to reshape my nails. It was a horrible job. She never apologized. Two hours later I left the place and vowed to never return.

I usually just let bad service and products go but I think vendors are taking advantage of their customers. I was ecstatic walking in because it was a busy place!!! I equated that to «it must be good!» As soon as I sat down across my technician I told her I wanted the same thing as what I had on… Same pink on the nail bed and same length of white and filed the same shape… While she was filing my nails she would hold my fingers with her sharp nail that pinched my fingers! As she was«done» with my nails they didn’t looked shaped to me at all!!! I asked her to file them. While filing she the file pressed so hard sawing into my flesh below the nail. After she put on the top coat she took off her mask asked to put on cuticle oil myself and go wash my hands, she left… Nails turnout ok and I tipped as a courtesy which I really wish I didn’t! Bad customer service

My mom and I have been coming here for a while now. We go every two weeks and get the same people. They always work with our schedule and making visiting a must. The entire staff is friendly and we always feel welcome. Henry and Holly go out of their way to provide great service. We will be back.

This is a very clean, friendly salon that I have been frequenting regularly for years. Kim is the owner and has an excellent staff that cater to everything from waxing to acrylic nails and expert pedicures in their massaging chairs that relax you before a light massage with your pedicure. Best in this area!
