I didn’t even want to give them one star. Some of the employees are very sweet, but the manager is horrid to them. I’ve seen her on many accounts snap at her employees for no reason and be rude to customers that she doesn’t like. When I had an issue with my watch she was snarky and sassy. Don’t go to this store, go to the tysons mall. Liz the manager is awful at her job. I’d give her a negative star if I could.

I love Fossil stuff. Sort of like the Abercrombie of the watch and bag business. I received a Fossil watch from a dear friend long time ago and I liked their quality and looks, so I’ve been using them now for over ten years.
The store at the Leesburg Outlets has some great deals on their offerings. Located towards the Southern end of the outlet mall near the Nike and Ralph Lauren large stores, it has a full collection of the wallets, bags, watches, sunglasses and clothing. Their outlet namesake doesn’t mean lower quality. I checked everywhere on some of the items and couldn’t find flaws in the workmanship. And some great deals for the Memorial Day weekend.
