Fang-Ling Nails & Spa

Lynn is awesome and super friendly. She always does my nails just how I like them. I’ve been to several nail salons in Leesburg and this is the first place that I’ve gone to where I’m happy with my nails every time I get them done.
I definitely recommend Fang Ling Nails.

Lynn is the absolute best! I used to basically float around various nail places in the Leesburg area. Lynn formerly worked at a salon on Ft. Evans, and months later, I ended up bumping into her at Fang-​Ling downtown… which I’ve never visited before. She explained that she no longer worked at the former salon.
Huge loss. Out of all of the nail technicians I’ve had (which is easily 50+), Lynn has always been the sweetest. I consistently feel like she’s taking the utmost care of me; she really pays attention to detail and caters to you completely. She encouraged me to change the channel when I was getting a pedicure and let me have the remote the entire time. In fact, around Halloween time, she offered me Reese’s — I couldn’t unwrap them since my nails were drying, so she opened them up and fed them to me! Too sweet!
She’s extremely talented and I cannot see myself visiting anyone else. Always an intimate and fulfilling experience when I come here, and her nail work is flawless. Fang-​ling even has a rewards program where if you go 10 times, they will offer you a free treatment. They even give you birthday deals… so…GO. You won’t be disappointed! 10++++

Ok the prior review that says Lynn is talented was found to be true, in my case.
The pedicure came out reallly nice! Better than most. This is my reason for 3 stars.
However, I could not give a five star review because to me, that means ALL was just perfect
and it was not.
Reason number 1: this was just taken over (about a year). The original owners moved. It did not have the best décor to begin with. Not only, was it not upgraded in any way. It seems all the same dust and small items were not changed or cleaned. I did see large trays going into a sanitizer to sterlize tools. That was less of a concern. But if I want a total experience to relax in. This is not the place.
Reason number 2: I am very sure this was not a language barrier. I have reason to believe I was outright LIED to like 3 times!!! I called for a same day appt. I asked price of pedicure (regular) I was told 30.00 with 10% off. I said ok. Does that include all (massage and all?)
«yes» I said, «oh by the way do you happen to have the hot stone massage?» She said,
«yes we do!» I said is that the massage that comes with the pediicure?
She said «yes» (LIE number 1) I said, Oh really! Great!
When I was in chair. Lynn pointed to 2 signs, side by side. She said «you want HAPPY FEET or RELAX? Each listed three things. On the RELAX side it said; „Spa pedicure, Hot Stone pedicure and Spa services“. I said,» I want the hot stone massage.” She said «That is with the Spa pedicure, it’s 41.00″(LIE number 2). I was taken back at this point, as I specifically asked this on the phone and was told different. I really wanted it, so I said „OK“ to spa pedicure for 41.00.
Ok, so, she goes through all the steps for the spa pedi and I then notice we are nearing the polish stage. I said,“when do you do the Hot Stone massage?»
She said, «oh no thats cost $ 65.00!!!(lLIE number 3) «Really don’t think she even had the stones. I explained that she should do it in this case due to her 2 previous statements. She said, «NO sorry» I would have def done the 30.00 10% pedi if not for all these lies. SO, no tip! Paid the 41.00…and now she has this review on Unilocal!Wouldn’t it have been better to say «no, we do not have hot stone massage?!! I would love to meet the person that would pay 65.00 for this pedicure! Where I am from, the hot stone, is included in a 25. oo pedi!!!
All this aside, the pedicure did come out very good.

Lynn is so talented!!! Love coming here. My nails not only look amazing but they last. I highly recommend this nail salon.

My wife finally convinced me to get a pedicure (I didn’t think I was a pedicure kind of guy) and I have to say I was very surprised. Lynn did a great job and changed my mind about getting pedicures (and made my wife happy with my much better looking feet!). I would highly recommend Fang– Ling Nails and Spa.
