I am from out of town visiting my daughter I was helping out her mom with a plumbing issue that I dedicated one full day trying to fix I was driving all around trying to find the right valves to fix a leaking faucet with no success. I was ready to give up!!! Someone gave me the number to Dunstan plumbing so I gave it one last try I gave them a call. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional. He transferred me to a very busy parts manager John who I must say is top notch!!! He is the man!!! He took the time out of his busy day to help me track down the part I needed knowing the fact I was a «Do it yourself kind of customer.» To me that is a man knowing if you take care of your customers weather big or small it will come back ten fold in the end. I own a auto repair business in California I know good customer service I myself have 65 5 star reviews on Unilocal because I go the extra mile for my customers.
