I used Dodson after my previous vendor charged but failed to take care of a problem. This failure was after multiple delays and then claims that the problem was resolved. It was not. I hired two different vendors to look at the problem and they both showed me where the previous vendor failed to identify where the pests were entering.
I hired one of these vendors, Dodson pest who I had no previous experience with but who were recommended to me.
The Dodson people are trained, professional and their customer care and concern are outstanding.
I own a number of properties in the area and immediately terminated my other provider and retained Dodson for all three locations for quarterly service.

Chose Dodson to provide ongoing pest services at my place of business. We weren’t really having a problem and wanted to make sure it stayed that way. I was shocked at what was found when the inspector arrived and performed the inspection. He discovered many entry points that pest could easily use to gain access to the building and he also pointed out areas that needed to be cleaned up to prevent hiding spots. I appreciate that he not only came up with a safe approach to treating the building but also pointed out potential problem areas. I would recommend giving Dodson a try.
