A little pricey, but fantastic food. One time we splurged on a shake and were not disappointed. WOW! Love love love this place and have to stay away or would be 400 pounds.

Small menu, expensive for what you get and average burger nothing special. Small portions too.

There is something seriously wrong with a burger joint that will not cook your burger anything other than medium well or well done. If they are so proud of their product, they should at least let you order a burger medium, if not medium rare.

Well… if you are desperate for a burger, this place will suffice. BurgerFi is okay. There is nothing incredibly special about this burger joint. I ordered a VegeFi(sp?) burger because of a phase I was going through at the time, and it was a mediocre veggie burger at best. It was small, not extremely filling and smelled a bit off. I had onion rings with my order and damn, they were pretty good. So the meal overall was just… fine. As for the price, jesus christ… for what I paid, I could’ve gone to The Cobb and gotten a better burger for the same price along with a somewhat more calming atmosphere. So, I’ll make this quick and sweet. If you can make a burger at home, do it. But, if you’re on the road and your stomach feels as if it’s going to rip itself into little shreds if it doesn’t get some food that ends in –FI, then I suppose BurgerFi will calm your hunger. TLDR: Went for the burger, stayed for the onion rings. Then went straight to another restaurant.

Been here several of times and every time has been a good experience. Burgers are all delish. They even add an extra touch by branding it which is cute. Kind of pricey but not too bad. Like it a little better than Five Guys and definitely better than The Melt. It gets a little busy but they are pretty fast. Atmosphere is fun. Nice hang out place. Located in a pretty shopping center.

If you’re looking for the best onion rings in Loudoun County, look no further than BurgerFi! They’re fresh, freakishly huge, and cooked to perfection. The only reason I didn’t give them a full five stars is because I feel like the burgers are a little small for the price, especially when you see them sitting next to the massive onion rings. You just don’t get as much meat on the bun as I feel there should be, given how expensive they are. Of course, you are going to pay a premium since the beef is of higher quality, which I sincerely appreciate. But I just feel like they could be a little more generous with the portion sizing. Other than that, great food! Just go in expecting crowds as big as the onion rings.

Slow day in here. Great service. The conflicted burger was perfect. One meat patty and one, out of this world good, veggie patty.

Went today for lunch with my mom and niece. We were very disappointed. We ordered a kids cheeseburger and 2 one patty cheeseburgers with some toppings, one regular fry, and a strawberry milkshake for my niece and what we spent was ridiculous!!! The kids cheeseburger and the adult cheeseburgers were the same size. Definitely not the best burgers but also not the worst. The fries were ok, nothing special. I don’t think I will be back. There are better burgers joints where you get more bang for your buck! I gave 3 stars because the staff was absolutely great! Very polite and personable. The young woman that took outmr order was very good with my niece who is only 4. She talked the her directly and answered all her questions! Great staff!!!

Awesome burgers, great onion rings, and decent fries. The food is good and reasonably priced. I’d say it’s slightly better than Five Guys, and the interior reminds me of Chipotle. If you’re looking for a decent burger without going to a sit-down restaurant, I’d definitely recommend it.

This place is great. The burgers are on point. The veggie burgers are awesome as well. Really friendly staff and a clean open atmosphere.

I’m bumping up a star here, because I’ve been enough now that they’re growing on me. I’ve gotten the hot dog done NY Style(and got a generous amount of kraut/mustard, because HOWELSE would you get a hot dog, right??). The burgers are also growing on me, I’d rank them at least equal to Shake Shack now. They are still doing gangbusters business, and my daughter adores this place, so it seems to me whatever they’re doing, people like. I’ve backed off the desserts here just because they are still a little calorie intense, but there’s a Potomac River Running in the same strip mall, so maybe go get fitted for new shoes and run off dessert. ;)

This is one of the ever growing number of burger chains in the area. It’s nothing amazing but it’s a solid and enjoyable meal. I ordered the single burger which was plenty for lunch. I just made my own with mustard, onions, lettuce, tomato, etc. rather than ordering one of their custom selections. The burger was tasty and VERY juicy so you might want to keep a couple of napkins on the table and on your lap. The individual fries are a large serving as well and the fries are fresh cut rather than frozen. The fries are very crispy and not too greasy so they’re worth a try and two people can split an order if you aren’t looking to go hog wild. This place isn’t worth a long and expensive drive on the toll road from DC/Arlington just to check it out but it’s a worthy lunch option if you’re in the area.

I have been to several of the burger joints in town. This one is my new favorite. First of all you don’t have to get a ½ lb burger! They offer three sizes, single, double and a triple. The single was the perfect size for me. They offer a lot of toppings free to $ 1.57. I guess your burger could get pricey if you added a lot of toppings. We ordered the cry & fry to go with our burgers — three enormous onion rings and fries. Perfect size to split. They also offer beer on tap and bottles, some are local craft beers. I agree with another reviewer they need a beer menu. They also carry custard but after consuming a burger and beer I will have to come back for that. Yes, I will be back.

Located in a really awesome shopping center that has a lot of awesome stores. There’s even a Wegmans next to it. Prices weren’t ridiculously high but it’s a little much for driving that far(from Fairfax) for their burger. You get a choice of getting a burger that they already created or making your own. Let’s be honest, making your own is much better. They also offer hot dogs. I got the burger with lettuce wrap instead of a bun… My mistake. The whole thing fell apart and I ended up eating it with a fork. Not their fault completely, I should’ve known. There is multiple toppings and sauces to choose from for the burgers. And of course I loaded mine up which may also be a reason for it falling apart. The burger was juicy and I love the way they seasoned the other toppings. However, my egg was over cooked so no runny yolk :( They have a special sauce that they make, which tastes similar to elevation sauce. It tastes like its ketchup and mayo and one other ingredient I can’t put a finger on. We also got the fry and onion ring combo with the cheese and garlic aioli on it. It was perfect. The onion ring was crisp and it had a really good mix of the breading and onion. This is a pretty good spot if you’re in the area but I don’t think I’ll be back unless I’m closer. It’s a good option though.

This review provided by twin 8 year olds: Burger #1 single with ketchup and cheese with a small fry. As only an 8 year old girl can say it: «Yummy deliciousness» Burger #2: single with ketchup, pickles and cheese. From an 8 year old boy: «the buns are really cool because the name is on them and the food was really good» (single small fry enough for both kids and Mom)

Solid burger place — visually for some the burgers may seem small but it is double patty and the flavor is spot on. Hot dogs are a tad pricey since any toppings(besides mustard/ketchup) are extra $. Fries and onions rings are really good but onion ring portion seems small. I know – labor intensive but 1 more would have made a big difference on the half/half order. Hipster décor — really nice staff — the super soda machine thingy — all good — and outside seating!!!

Burgerfi is a lovely place with a owner that really cares, I took the family out, we were happy with the quick service, the food holds its own, I had the bbq burger with coleslaw which tasted amazing, my wife always has the cheeseburger, you can tell they use quality ingredients, the flavor is amazing. What was also great was the fries which are fresh not frozen and come in large portion, I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

So I’ve visited this placed a few times since my first review… They have FIXED the limp fry problem! And have thankfully changed out to a delicious veggie burger option. The music has been turned down to a decent level and I intend to come again and again. Thank you for being actively listening to your Unilocalers!

I’ve had this burger joint bookmarked for quite a while and finally I decided to try it this past weekend with my fiancé. Since I had a bad experience from another burger place the past week, I figured I’d go to a different place to make up for it and boy, did it make up for the bad one! When we walked in, the line was to the front door so it was about a 5 wait in line which wasn’t bad at all. In that time, we both read over the menu and knew what we wanted right away. When we got to the counter, the cashier was very helpful and nice. They have those cool soda machines with tons of selections, sweet/unsweeten tea and fresh lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was my favorite, it wasn’t too sugary and had the perfecr amount of strawberry. They also have drafts available as well as all types of different shakes to choose from. I decided on building my own burger. The single with cheese, fried egg and bacon. The patty was small but at least it was juicy and very well seasoned. The bacon was perfectly crispy. The best part is that it wasn’t greasy at all and my bun wasn’t soggy. My fiancé got the breakfast all day burger which had a fried egg and hashbrowns and maple syrup on top. Whaaat! He said it was delicious but I didn’t try it. It looked like a 10 mile run type of burger and mine was already bad enough. The burgers were about $ 6 each and it was worth every penny! We also enjoyed a huge portion of the Urban Fries, which are regular fried topped with parmesean and herbs and a garlic aioli on top. YUM! And it was only $ 5 for that heaping amount of fries. They also have other toppings you can get on top of your fries and also gigantic onion rings for sides. They also have a hot dog selection with different toppings. There are plenty of seats indoors and also outdoor seatings. I am a burger fanatic and this place is definitely top 5 for food chains. Delicious and affordable, and like everyone said its a high end five guys. I am giving it a 4 because of the portion size of the patty. Although it was delicious, it was very small like a junior burger at Wendys. They need to upgrade it! Overall, great food!

Ordering was pretty quick and efficient. Partially because we had already the menu while in line. We grab paper menus. Just so that we didn’t have to strain our eyes and our necks trying to read the menu board above. Food: I decided that I would order the Chicago style dog. Okay… I know why order a hot dog at a burger joint… well because I wanted something different and I figured if its on the menu its got to be decent. Other items ordered were the BurgerFi burger. w/o cheese, VegeFi Burger and the BurgerFi Cheeseburger between lettuce instead of a bun and sides we decide on the Cry & Fries and and order of large fries. Review: The Chicago style dog was… okay. nothing to special… poppy seed bun which broke in half as I picked it up… So fail there… overall taste was decent. nothing special. Burgers: Those that ordered burgers weren’t really wow’ed.They were okay but nothing special. In comparison to the many burger places that we have gone to. Fries: Since we ordered these well done… they were pretty crispy which is always what I look forward to with French fries… these did taste fresh cut which was great. Onion Rings: Since we ordered the cry and fry we had 3 large onion rings. They were flavorful but very difficult to eat because of their size. I mean its not exactly handheld. But the flavor was good onion nice and sweet and the batter wasn’t too heavy and it stayed with the onion. Good crunch. I also decided to order custard… so I ordered a keylime concrete. So… it took maybe 5 mins for me to get noticed in line for someone to take my order when there was 3 cashiers and maybe 2 people in front of me. When I finally got my order taken… i then waited a good 10 mins maybe 15 for my concrete… So when I brought up my receipt to ask about my concrete a staff member went to check only to actually make my concrete. SERIOUSLY? So if I hadn’t checked then it probably would’ve been over looked. Was the concrete worth the wait? Yeah not so much again mediocre I mean 3 layers of custard with a small sliver of keylime pie in between. It was good but I was expecting my pie to be blended into my custard… not a parfait. Overall.burgerfi joins the many burger places trying to serve upscale burgers with better quality then your fast food burger. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong items… but to drive all the way to leesburger for a burger… not so much. But to each their own. in this case quality of ingrients is fresh but flavor lacks a bit. And there really is no wow factor.
