Despite being reasonably busy(it was Dec. 23rd) an associate immediately walked over and asked if I needed help, which I did. I can’t remember her name(sorry!) but she knew exactly how to help me and within 10 minutes I was out the door with a new phone for my daughter. I knew exactly what my options were and what they would cost. Job well done.

After over TEN years of staying with ATT I have had enough… I wasted an hour today calling in to complain about my $ 100/month bill which is supposed to include unlimited everything yet because of all of the«traffic» from other ATT customers my browsing speeds are low. I wait for the manager and she was a broken record doing nothing but saying the exact same vague lines over and over again on top of talking over me and dismissing my request to escalate the situation. She was rude and her refusal to say anything other than one or two sentences or let me speak to her manager is reason enough to switch to one of the other many providers for much much less money.

Whoever hires the associates for this store needs serious help recruiting good people, and the employees need serious customer service training. We’ve been going to this store for years, and have had generally good experiences until the past year. Just a few examples: 1. We bought an international data plan for our trip to West Africa only to find out, once arriving there, that AT&T has no international data plan for that part of the world. In other words, the young man sold us a product they don’t even have! I spent a good part of my vacation on the phone with AT&T customer service getting credits, etc. 2. Avoid the store on Saturdays and Sundays. It only took a couple of weekend visits to realize that the young associates are often hung over, and nearly useless on those days. We went in on a Sunday recently to purchase 2 iPhone 6s. The young man could hardly sit upright throughout our transactions. I told him he looked hung over and he denied it, but then continued to check his empty coffee cup every few seconds, through his bloodshot eyes, to see if it had magically filled itself up. 3. We recently went in to get a replacement glass screen protector, and the young lady helping us did not make eye contact, did not say thank you, and communicated very minimally. Very strange. She uttered grunts of uh-huh and ut-uh instead of «yes» or «no». Her entire body language was telling us she didn’t want to be there or help us. She gave very little information, so I had to keep asking a lot of questions. Even my teenage daughter, who usually would not notice that, said something about it. Ya know, we are going in there to spend money and expensive items. Could you at least have the curiously to treat your customers with some respect?

Was in the store for 25 minutes today and wasn’t even acknowledged. 3 agents helping 3 groups and a girl on a computer in the back. I left without being even talked to.

Horrible customer service. Younger dark hair light eyes gentleman was the reason I switched all 6 of my lines to Verizon. Multiple reviewers have complained about this guy.

Just came out of the store. Horrible customer service. Only 3 customers and four agents working and didn’t have anyone to help us out. Manager guy was just walking around to great people but do nothing. They don’t even know what they can do and what customer service can do. I went there even after reading the reviews thinking that I may be wrong with the bad reviews. Apparently those bad reviews are absolutely true.

Others here may have provided better customer service, but the younger«gentleman» with dark hair, light eyes, and average to small build has no apparent customer service skills. He gave short, unhelpful responses that didn’t remotely answer the questions asked. If you want better reviews, then you know at least one of your weak points. He was working the evening of April 3, 2015. It was like I was supposed to work to get him to help me instead of him having any interest in getting my business.

I will never go to this store again. The young man that attempted to help me was rude and seemed agitated to do the job he is paid for. This young man should not be in the customer service business. I wish I got his name to give to AT&T Corporate after I called them to lodge my complaint.

These guys are all about customer service, after being treated like dirt by the sprint store and being lied to there. These guys were a breath if fresh air! They are just wonderful! I’m never dealing with sprint or the boost mobile store either… AT&T truly has hired the nicest kindest most professional people I’ve ever delt with. Thank you
