Waffle House

This is the best WH I’ve ever been too! It’s very clean. The food is very good. This is the only WH that has made a waffle to my liking. Very dark and crispy! The customer service is also wonderful. I will return.

Very disappointed, this establishment is disgusting !! The silverware, cups, and plates were dirty and the food was both raw and burnt

I had breakfast this Sunday morning at 10 AM at the Waffle House in Lee Summit, Missouri. It is just off a busy highway. All nine employees sang «good morning» in unison as I walked into the restaurant. I had an All Star Breakfast Special with eggs and bacon and raisin toast and a waffle and multiple cups of hot coffee. It was a fabulous breakfast for a cheap price. The food was hot and cooked correctly and served fast. The booths and floor and dishes and counter were all spotlessly clean. It is a working man’s breakfast joint with a front counter with six stools. There are eight booths that will seat four people at each table. It seats 38 people so it is small but if feeds a lot of people in a very short time. The employees are all cheerful and work well together. I highly recommend going to breakfast at Waffle House.

This has got to be the nicest WH I’ve ever been to. It’s a brick and mortar one instead of the pre-​fab trailer looking kind. Lots of people on staff the morning I went and I was the only customer. Friendly service and most of the food was good (don’t order the steak). Coffee was excellent.

It has been well over five years since I have eaten at a Waffle House. It was Saturday morning this past Memorial Day weekend and I wanted breakfast. I thought it might be fun to give the Lee’s Summit Waffle House a try and I was very impressed with my breakfast.
I had one of the combo meals: The raisin toast, scrambled eggs and cheese (which were perfect), THREE slices of bacon, and grits. The coffee was good and hot too.
The only thing that would have given this meal and experience a 5 was if REAL BUTTER would have been served rather than margarine.
I will be back. The service was fast, the food hot served quickly, and we had an excellent waitress… thanks Tanya.
