This place looks fun for kids, however they like to rebook you several times to get more money from the insurance company. They scold you about drinking juice and chocolate milk, even when we have repeatedly told the staff that our kids don’t drink juice and rarely drink chocolate milk. Then after your kid is finished with their cleaning, they give the child a slushy!!! Save yourself the frustration.

The doctors, hygienist, & office staff are super nice. It’s a fun place to bring little ones because they try to make it as intimidation free as possible. They get a slushy after their treatment & a coin to get a trinket of their choice out of the machine. When it came down to
time to have an actual cavity repair they were a little more difficult to work with simply because scheduling is so tight with those services and days are limited. The lady in the billing department could use a vacation and a customer service class. She can be very adversarial and curt.

My kid actually likes going to the dentist now. The prices are fair, the office really caters to kids with amazing dinosaur décor, and the staff are so good with children.
