I stopped in to ask a brief question about how to care for a marble countertop and was treated rudely. I guess if you’re not there to buy an expensive countertop you’re not worth their time. I was not greeted or said hello to. The man who eventually answered my question, sitting down and from behind the desk, looked busy and brusquely said«what can I do for you?» It appeared I was bothering him, even more so when I asked how to care for marble. He was annoyed I did not know marble from granite and proceeded to lecture me. In the end, my question was answered via a «you’re-too-r’tarded-to-exist sermon, but because I was treated so rudely, I’ll take my business elsewhere. I plan to replace all my marble surfaces, but not at Midland.

From the moment I started to work with Kelsey, I knew it was going to be a seamless experience. She was prompt, professional and courteous. Unlike the first contractor I had come to measure and quote, she seemed knowledgable and didn’t make me feel like the job was too small. She provided timely quotes, answered all the questions I had and didn’t hesitate when j asked for additional comparisons or information. Because of this, I decided not to look any further and proceeded with selecting my exact stone for the countertop. She made sure that a slab she felt I woul be interested was available and asked that they hold it until I could visit. Without asking, she mailed me a copy of my receipt(in addition to emailing it) and sent a timeline of appointment dates and times, explaining what each was for. I couldn’t be more please with my kitchen renovation experience and highly recommend Midland Marble!
