Awesome awesome customer service here! We had a ton of purchases (moved from out of state and had to get practically everything…) and the manager was so helpful– let us hold some items at cashier til we were ready to check out, extended the movers discount for the items that we forgot during that first monster trip, and gotta say that was really helpful, because sure enough we forgot quite a few things, and they even helped us to the car! We have been here multiple times and each time have received great customer service.

As a newly wed with several gift cards to BBB, I have been a regular here lately. Twice now I’ve thought I’d decided on bathroom décor/​sets only to change my mind. I was able to return/​exchange everything with little hassle, and they even honored my coupon usage with my exchanged purchases.
I will say I had an unpleasant experience with one of their younger, teenage looking workers. My husband and I came to this location with several gift cards. We brought sheets, a bed set, and pillows to the check-​out line. First the girl somehow charged us for two bed sets, so when she told us the total I questioned her and she re-​did it. Then she told us our balance was $ 174. I gave her a $ 100 gift card, a $ 50 gift card, and a $ 30 gift card to cover the purchase. At the end of the transaction, she handed me one gift card back and tells me I have $ 2 and some change left. That didn’t sound quite right, so I inspected my receipt upon returning to my car (which I normally do anyway).
I quickly discovered that our total was actually $ 147 and some change, NOT $ 174. So where was that additional $ 30 I gave her? My husband thought I was overreacting, but I marched back into the store and got back in line with my receipt. After telling her what happened, I asked her to dig the gift cards out of the trash can that she had supposedly used. When she scanned them, sure enough, there was my $ 30 one. I don’t even think she really apologized; just a, «Oh! Here ya go!»
Now, maybe she just had a super ditzy moment, but part of me wonders if it was intentional and she was going to dig it out at the end of her shift. Either way, anytime I go there now, I keep a watchful eye on the balance and my wedding gift cards. Looking back I probably should have reported it to management, but I didn’t think to look at her nametag at the time. We had been running around all day and were just ready to go home.
So fair warning: watch your gift cards when you’re here!

As usual I found many fun things. Had just purchased an Bissell Spotbot at Kohl’s then found the same thing here for $ 50 less plus 20% coupon. Turned around and took the other one back to Kohl’s for a refund. All the items purchased here added up to less than the one item at Kohl’s.

The selection at BBB rocks. Kitchen gadgets galore. Really nice linen selection, too.
And get this… I forgot my UPC on a rebate submittal and they send me a postcard to tell me to send it in! Most incorrect rebate submittals hit the garbage can. BBB is doing it right.
